I get calls from a company called Home Duct Cleaning, address 3231 Eglinton Ave, Toronto and phone number 416-800-0369.  I get some many frequent calls it has become harrassment.  I have called the police and they say if you can collect enough information about the company and the frequency of the calls they can do something about.

Perhaps through this site we can get the information we need and hopefully the phone call will stop.  They have bother me so much that I will take whatever effort is needed to stop this people

These fools from Air Duct Cleaning Services keep calling me up at least once in a two week period.  Same story - address, if they give it, is 3231 Eglinton Avenue West.   Check it out on StreetView!  The number they last gave is 416-282-5665 - it showed up on called ID, but did not stay up.  I've repeatedly asked them not to call me.  I don't know if they even do offer cleaning so as far as I'm concerned - its a prank call..

The same company has called our place at least 10 times.  I asked the guy if they were located in Ottawa and he said they were.  I then asked him for the phone number in Ottawa and he hung up the phone.  The *69 number I called back is not in service.  I suggest calling the RCMP fraud division.

When I get a call from these idiots , I waste their tine by setting up an appointment and then at the end I tell them that I don;t have ducts to clean, or I wait until they show up and then I tell them.

Here is a number the guy gave me and i called back and they anwsered.  905-698-0162 His name was Ali, or so he said and they called themselves FRESH HOME CARE EXPERTS, duct cleaning. I`ve reported them so many times.  I am so fed up and they sill keep calling. P.S. This call was received in toronto, ontario, canada

I'm receiving the same kind of calls from exactly the same number. Today, to make the conversation longer and get more information from his company, I set up the service to my house. They already had the address, postal code and my name. The service is set up for next week and if they show up, I'll prepare a big surprise to them. I hope works.

Most of the Callers are from India.They are just call center agents.It is useless to misbehave with them as your number list is with hundreds of call centers. Better be straight with them and simply tell them you are not interested.

Home Duct Cleaning - Their real number is 905 698 0162 - Ask for Naveed. Number works, just remember to *67 first. Give them a call and let them know how much you love the telemarketing. I just did.

Since the number is so difficult to get hold of (I don't think any of us really have anything too solid on that), what if we can get some brave soul to actually agree for an appointment to take their vehicle plate number and go from there?

I did report them to the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre and I suggest the rest of you do the same thing.
It takes more than one person to nab these A.H.   I have been documenting the calls since September and I suggest the rest of you do the same thing. After they call you, pickup the line they just called you on and dial *57.  This allows the Police to trace the call.   Get enough of the calls, then report it to the Police.
I have done my share by posting what I know maybe everyone else can do the same thing.  
Read through enough of the numbers they are calling from that have been reported and you too will start piecing things together.  

When a person files a complaint with the Police, they speak on their own behalf and not for everyone else.I suggest you all start documenting.

HOW TO STOP ALL CALLS........ & CATCH THEM

(This will work if we ALL do it)

?Keep a Pad and Pen next to phone
?Everytime they call write down the following
      ?Date & Time of Call
      ?Ask Company name & persons name  that is calling you
      ? Get their address & Phone number
      ? Check ?Call Display? and write the # down that is in the display because not always
         the same as what they say they are calling from
      ? After the call is finished, hang up the phone then pick it up again (the same line you just                 spoke on on your phone,..... key in ( * 57 ).  This will allow the Police to trace who is                     calling you.

Keep a record of all the above and then contact the Police (from a phone that is not in your house) to report it.    The Police can now trace this call.

Hey ANN maybe this person has a friend that works at BELL CANADA and is tapping your line or lines? You seem to have more detailed info on this guy so I suggest you speak to whatever phone fraud company and the police and see what can be done about all of this.

You should also speak with that tv show MARKETPLACE and maybe they can help you as well since they always run after people and investigate fraud.

You seem like as of right now the only person who can probably get this guy or guys.

I have something else you should know.  Around the same time the Indian called me on Friday 11th at the office I volunteer at, (from the # 905-342-1223) my friend in Whitby called me at my home on her cell phone.   My husband answered the call.   Later that night I received a call on the phone from my friend who lives in Whitby.  She was on her way to Ottawa and told me she noticed 3 calls that I made to her from my home phone between 11:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. and she thought she would call me to see what I wanted.  I told her I couldn't possibly have called her because I don''t have her cell phone #.

There is no doubt in my mind that the person who called me at work is the same person who called my friends cell phone number (after she called me) and did it by using my home phone #.

As I said earlier, they see all number coming into your phone and all number you dial out on both your home phone and your cell phone.

Fresh Air Duct Cleaning Services just called me and said they were a division of BSR Enterprises where Mr Balarm is the 'lawyer' according to the agent James Michael. They called and we are on the DNC list and I was told that 'Mr Balarm does not care and is a rich lawyer who can do what he wants.' After much debate with the agent...he wouldn't let up...he began swearing at me telling me to F*&% Off repeatedly.

I registered a complaint at the DNC website with bothe Mr James Michael's name and that of Mr Balarm as well...

I hope they can do something about it...

I was a close friend of Rupen and just for you to know. His license to represent is revoked and now he is calling up people, actually telemarketing for duct cleaning services regardless of DNC numbers.
And then goes to the people's houses and does the job, God knows what he does there but comes out with big upsell amounts.

Recenlty he put some lady's number on his dialer and kept on calling her non stop day and night untill she had to change her number. That woman had a son suffering from cancer, and this cruel Tamil refugee had no mercy.

Another of his evil acts involve in damaging a customer's property and fleeing from site. The customer did take his truck registration and has apparently gone to court. I wish there was any body who could bring him to justice, i have a few of his recordings and emails confirming both these cases and many more of the illegal things he is doing there.
Another thing about the Moris Stein legal agents inc, there is no body by that name, Rupen receives the call with a variation in his voice.

I WILL TELL YOU WHAT I THINK IS GOING ON HERE & ( what I do know)

I have been keeping a daily record since last Sept./2011 of the calls coming from these people & some of the Co. names they are using and the times they call..  In addition to this, on 70% of the calls I do a ?Call Trace? (*57) on the number, just after they hangup (Bell Canada and the Police can tell where the call is coming from by doing *57) .  On many of the calls I call them back using my cell phone (which I should never have done) only to find out that the number is not in service.  Since doing this, I now get several calls on my cell phone that I do not answer. I have only used this for calling my husband occassionally.  

I do know that there is a connection between these people and BELL CANADA.  I do know that these people have access to all the phone numbers that call my house and all the phone number that I call, on my home phone and my cell phone.  . So,if at anytime you decide to report these people to the Police or whomever, do not do it from your home, using your home phone or your cell phone.
Here is an "example ' of what I am talking about

(May 3/2012 at 12:35 noon ?at my home?,  I received a phone call from (1-905-342-1223)  (the # had a ficticious 1 in front of it this time)  an Indian/Tamil on phone , Duct Cleaning Co. (The # is still on my Call Display at home)   On May 1l/2012  I volunteered to work in an office like I do every Friday, that is approx 2 miles from my home..  At exactly 10;50 a.m on Friday from a phone I have used to call my husband (a different #) while I am volunteering, I received a phone call from this very same person (I recognized his voice instantly) & the same # (905-342-1223) ..  He offerd me Duct Cleaning Service.  The number he called me from was (905-342-1223) it  appeared on my call display ? at the Company?  I was volunteering at .... and I asked his name (I played dumb to knowing who he was) and he said SHAHBAZ, I had him spell it.   I asked the name of his company and that I didn?t do business with anyone unless I knew who they were....he said ?Home Care Express Services? Duct Cleaning.  I googled this persons name SHAHBAZ - Duct Cleaning.  It came up with a Company located at 1050 Britannia Road, Miss and Company name is Ontario Power Air Duct Cleaning not to be confused with Ontario Duct cleaning that is also connected to them.  The person connected to this company is SHABAZ.- Tahir.    I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the same person who called me at my office and at my home from the 905-342-1223 phone number.  This is also the # that a Dean on Nov. 2/2011 received many stalking calls from and they eventually broke into his house and he never heard from them again.
I have a lot more to post on this include about 25-30 phone numbers that I am receiving calls from and many of them are "not in service"  I hope this will help someone.  Just remember, I think they are stalking you to find out your schedule so they can break into you house.

First of all.  The person at the head of all this (who has also called my home) is a Tamil Indian by the name of Rupen Balaram aka Rupen Balaram-Sivaram (check him out on facebook) he is a dis-barred Paralegal who has lost his license more than once.
That phone number that was given to you to call on their behalf belongs to Rupen Balaram, BSR Legal Enterprise.  This Rupen is also connected to the Duct Cleaning Companies (owner if I recall correctly). Read through the different company names, Top Line Duct Cleaning Services 416-410-5680 and you will find it is owned by Albert Johnson P***  A name used by Rupen.  Read what the people complaining are saying.   There is a definite connection between this man and the Duct Cleaning Companies.    See also Classic Air Duct Cleaning, and Top Airduct cleaning, and GTA Home Service Company..  One of the people that was harassing me gave me the number 416-410-5680, this is a company Rupen Balaram is listed as being the President of....BSR Legal Enterprises on Spadina Ave.  
He is part and parcel to what is going on here.   Check it all out yourself.

Has anyone thought to arrange the appointment and then have the police be there at the same time to arrest these b@$t@rd$?  Even if the guys showing up have nothing to do with it, surely they can shake someone down and eventually get to the real culprits.  

Whatever you do, don't give your real address is my advice, even if booking these appointments to waste their time.  Surely someone out there has a friend who's a cop that can make something happen!

http://www.coolbreezehomeservices.com Which is the exact same scam and exact same company but under different names. Just look at the contact info and look what it says in the first part of the about us section Company History Cool Breeze Home Services,Inc was founded in April of 1989 by Ron Mathews then when you click on the other site Company History The Duct Cleaners of Canada,Inc was founded in April of 1989 by Ron Mathews. So this idiot is telling all of us he ran two companies back in 1989?

Everyone should contact the police for harassment and the anyone else that will listen.

I just received a phone call ?Air Duct Cleaning Services? and this is not the first time. It is 9th phone call. I told them I?m not interested and not to call me. Every time they hang up on me. When I called them back and no answer, I googled and there is no information and nothing????  This company is FRAUD/ SCAM or worst. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION or YOUR BANK ACCOUNT/ CREDIT CARD?  This is not a real company. WATCHOUT  PEOPLE
