These people have been calling me for at least a month now. For about a month, I simply just ignored the phone calls because it was a number I didn't know, they also left no messages which means it couldn't possibly be important. After so much time of this and having them keep calling me, I finally answered it. The man asked for some lady. I then proceeded to tell him he had the wrong number. He said okay thanks, and didn't call again for about 2 days. After that I got a call 4 times in 5 hours by the same numbers. (I have 2 numbers which are basically identical call me and it's the same thing) I was in class so I opened the call and then hung up. Then they proceeded to leave me messages just hanging up. The other day I answered again, they asked for someone DIFFERENT, and it was a girl calling. I told her she had the wrong number. The next day it was the man again, asking for someone DIFFERENT than the first 2 times, mid sentence of me saying I've already told them that they have the wrong number, he hung up on me.

I would love to find a way to get this number to leave me alone. I'm starting to feel very harassed by them.

Have received a couple of calls on my cell phone from this number. No message left.

I originally received a call telling me that they could settle my debts. Unable to find out who they were, I told them that I had a $10k debt and for them to call me back. That was a week ago.

Today I received a call acknowledging they received my info. I asked what company they were and was told that their company was called Debt Help. I then asked where they were located and was told they were in Ontario. I came back to them and said that this didn't tell me too much. She then told me they were in Kitchener

She then got back to my debt to which I told her I didn't have any and she said "Thanks for wasting my time". To this I responded with "Well you wasted mine".

With this she hung up.

This company is totally fraudulent.  They will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you - a complete scam.  Basically, it's a boiler room staffed by convicted felons, addicts, and the like.

This guy has called me repeatedly. When I asked him to remove me from his list, he said "f***-you" and hung up. Now he has my home number and keeps calling me. When he gets my voice mail, he just laughs. I called the Police and of course they are no help,they told me to call Phonebusters, guess what. they were no help either. I called CRTC. Hopefully they will help. So all of you that do get a call from this number, call the CRTC

I think they are the law firm of Silverthorn and Lupolover, with offices in KItchener and Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.  Their website says "Debt Settlement for Canadians"

These people called me on my home office phone.  I pressed "1" to get a live person.  I said I wanted help with my credit card debt, but I was a senior and was afraid of scams i had heard about.  Could he give me his name, the name of the company, and where they were located, and a number I could call him back on?  I got the following info:

The company name (he says) is S & L Law Firm
The company location (he says) is Kitchener
His phone number is 416-800-1775, extension 111

I said he didn't sound Canadian, (he sounded southern US) and he said he wasn't CANADIAN, but insisted he was calling from Kitchener, Ontario.

I haven't found any S & L law firm in Kitchener.  

My numbers are on the (totally ineffective) do not call list.  I'd like to shut these parasites down, I really would.

These people are awful.  They continually call on my cell phone.

When I left a VM for them to call me back, it was a joke.

There was people swearing in the back ground, and they wouldn't laugh and had no etiquette.

I've reported them to the CRTC because they told me the call every number and hope that people will deal with them.

I received a call from this number asking for me by name, saying that they are returning a call that I have made. When I ask them for any info, they hang up on me. When I called them back, and ask a question they hang up on me.

Oops, they are NOT a debt COLLECTOR. I miss tagged it. Sorry. They probably consolidate loans or negotiate for you. Lawyers probably.

Debt relief company. They are very hungry and call all the time. They leave no message.
