I work in one of the offices located at 120 Carlton and there is no Michael, Micheal or Mike Diallo or MD Services working in this building. The office suite he is giving out as his address belongs to The Humane Society of Canada, which he is definately not associated with.  This is definately a scam.

Not a phone call but received the same e-mail as Diana from a Michael Diallo (with the same misspelling of Michael as "Micheal" at the end), -- except my e-mail listed Phillip Bird with an address in Chicago rather than San Diego.

Didnt get a phone call but an email:
Thanks for your mail,I am so sorry for the late response.It's been a very busy 2 weeks for me.Attached a copy of the employment contract and termination letter for your review.I had a valid contract with Mr.Bird which state in paragraph 4. TERM AND TERMINATION. Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company for a period commencing on February  5th , 2010 and terminating on February  5th , 2014. In the event of termination, Consultant shall be paid for any portion of the Services that have been performed prior to the termination and the remainder of the contract. I gave my full dedication to the company,I don't see why I have to wait  indefinitely to get my compensation check.The agreement was for $98,000.00 a year. How much do you charge for a case like this?
