I got a call from 416-840-3424 this morning.  The caller (woman w/ Indian accent) said she wanted to talk to the person in charge of graphic arts and marketing.  I told her we didn't have one and asked how I could help her.  She seemed puzzled by that and asked "you don't have a graphic artist?" or something like that.  I said, "well, I guess that would be me."  Then she said, "ok" and hung up.  WOW!  If I tell you that I am the person you want to talk to, why would you not talk to me?  ha ha  So glad I didn't get the opportunity to listen to the sales pitch.

These guys don't stop calling!!! I have contacted the local police department and reported them

I have used Office Beacon a half-dozen times over the last 5 years and have found them to be a reliable provider for artwork vectorizing.  I have also talked to their reps at tradeshows.  They are located in India with offices in the US (or so I thought - maybe they have a Canadian office now.)  I received a call from the number today and no voice mail was left. I'm presuming it was Office Beacon based on the other reports here. It sounds like they have become unprofessional in their telemarketing efforts.

first call, I answered with our business name and was hung up on.
second call, I answered hello and this man starts to tell me his sales pitch.
I would not do business with a company that hangs up.

I got an unsolicited call from this number. When I answered it went immediately to hold, with classical music playing. Hild lasted forever with no sign of human pickup. I called and got an Indian lady claiming to be in California. She said  they were 'Office Beacon' and did graphic designs and digitization services. I asked to have my number removed from their list.

I got a call from them as well (they used a different number), I didn't answer and they just breathed heavily into my voicemail.

I had them do a job for me over a year ago, based on a referrals suggestion. They basically screwed the job completely and charged my card after resubmitting the same exact screwed-up work after requesting changes.

They are not to be trusted, don't ever give these people a dime.

Phone number belongs to "office beacon" which may be in canada, but sounds alot like they've outsourced to India. They call and I hold FOREVER (to yell at someone) and after much music and "your call is very important to us" I get an automated voice that says 'goodbye' and disconnects. I *69'd and called the company, going into customer service, and asked them to remove me from their call list, we'll see if they do... then I got a call BACK from a woman named claire at their company who said she was returning my call... I had called them from a different landline number, so she must have been calling back from a caller ID system.
