I just received a call from this tel#.  No one answered when I picked up the phone.  I called the number back immediately after and a recording came on saying this number is not in service.

How is that possible if they just called me!!!

It's a pattern of calls that I received. Every few months, it start with number of survey calls from different companies, then the next wave will be air duct cleaner, home alarm system or windows & doors. Final stage will be a collection agency's phone call....asking someone that I don't even know or met. I myself have not debt, no late payment. I just don't know why I become a  popular person or phone number for these agency to call me and I don't know where they got my number. If they use their brain to think....if someone run away form their debt, will they tell anyone( especially to a total stranger) where they are going to hide??
I think all these air duct, home alarm or windows & doors are the foot soldier working for a collection agency. First, who would spoof a number just to call a handful of people, not even reach a page of complaints.
Second, caller with heavy Indian accent and were very rude.
I think that's a give away.

Have only received one call from this number and since I have relatives in the 416 area code, I answered, but no one there.  Called it back and got a message:
'this number has been disconnected due to suspected or fraudulent behavior'

I've been having the same number call me over and over, but no one responds and when I call back it says something like "  this number has been disconnected due to fraudulent behavior"

I received a call from this number twice today. The first call hung up when I answered, then about 15 minutes later when I answered a very muffled indian sounding voice offered me some air duct cleaning services. After he finished his pitch, I proceeded to tell him that I too had an air duct cleaning business and offered my services to which he promptly said "no" and hung up.

I got a call from them. As soon as they said duct cleaning I told them that I was another call when they phoned in and I asked them to hold. I guess that they do not want my business. No one was there after twenty minutes.

"Harry" has a terrific offer for me today for Air Duct Cleaning. He needs to know the size of a house. if it is over 2000 sq ft or less than 2000 sq ft. I reply less than 2000. He proceeds to describe the service and that they will also spray a 'sanitizer' with a brand name "Benefect". What they don't say is if they are qualified to do the job. If they carry third party liability insurance. Where they are based out of, and the best one yet, they don't say who owns the company. such a shame, as the phone just happened to disconnect . But the agent did give a contact callback number of 647-495-9465. Funny as there is an Ad in Kijiji for a Room for Rent at $400.00 here in Toronto  http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-real-estate-room-r ... I do receive the same name and there was no response when I answered to the phone. A shame of Ontario Telecommunication. I am not sure who I need report to.

Comes up on the call display as Long Distance, Unavailable. No message left.  I did not answer as I do not pick up phone calls unless I know who they are from.

We continue to receive phone calls at all times of the day and night regarding ADC Air Duct Cleaning Services.  We have politely asked that they stop calling yet they call several times a week.  It is harassment!  When asked to speak to a manager, they hang up on us.
