been getting calls as well from this number, they have dontact info on line and this is the mailing address. I have decided that inorder to get  themessage across that i may have to show up there and let them KNOW in PERSON that they are harrasing me  and that it is not so nice. I have learned that when people/ companies play with FIRE, they sometimes need to get burned to under stand that enough is enough. Look on the website, you cal also request a call from the CEO.But here is the loction info

I lik the calls, i have no problem wit it. why everyone mad at the fone?????

Shocking silence
round my phone -
all these stupid minutes
kicking their way disconsolately
round the hours
battery low
battery low
Can I pretend
there's no dependency?

Touching you, I flow
am live
kisses complete the circuit
Is there no miracle here for you?
My signal, breaking up
goes unheard

You call
I pretend.

It's here
The space where you should be
Bend your ear
Let my kisses whisper in
Do not fear
My arms make a strong O
As all through the centuries
Lovers have been cradled.
Listen, soft!
Ten thousand-volt desire
Sears my heart
Don't give me e-mail, voice mail
Or any other means of separation
Be here and touch me
My need for you is nothing virtual
But real

I have been getting a number of calls from this number.  The one time I answered it was a gentleman who said he was calling on behalf of TD and had an inportant offer to tell me about. I told him it was a bad time and I think I am being stalked by them and the government now.

Do you b***h this much about spam??? I love telemarketer calls. If it's not something I am interested in I tell them and go along my merry way. I don't get alot of calls because I answer my phone the first time. I don't worry about some person trying to "force" products and services on me. If it is sooooo bad, call your bank idiots, they will be happy to stop informing you of things. After all, you are their client. You guys spend all this time on investigating the vendor as if that's going to do anything. Then you write all kinds of garbage. Did you ever think of the elderly and disabled people who appreciate being informed? I do.

do you people complain to the mail man everytime you get flyers and junk mail? I mean come on. Are you that spineless you can't say no and please take me off your list if your f***in bank calls???? yeah, call the police and have them charged..........you make me laugh. You spend more time bitching and gripeing than it takes to say "no thanks, please take me off this list". The people on the other end are human too. So if you want them to co-operate with your request try a little manners and civility. You would be supprised! Oh, by the way, if you don't answer the phone the diler will try again and again up to a max # of attempts.

This is SP Data. They have business relationships with TD Canada Trust and Bell Canada. Two of the biggest companies in Canada...
They are exempt from the National Do Not Call List if you have either service with TD or Bell. Contact your MP and complain. Nothing else seems to work.
They call me all the time on behalf of Bell.
DO NOT USE THE "Do Not Call" List!!!! It is pretty much a huge list of numbers that people like this can use to call/sell.

Dear Jack Tulsa - not sure how you are connected to the number 416-915-3300 but let me tell you that if I get 6 calls a day and when I pick up nobody is on the other line and after accessing the company directory I get a lady that does not have a clue what I am talking about this is not business - this is harassment! Companies will contract telephone-interviewer/telemarketer companies, because they can't be bothered with anything. If you are getting the call, like I was, I just called up TD Customer Service - talked to the lady and she said it may be about something to do with insurance or whatever. The point is, she took care of things by removing me from the solicitation list. Now we play the waiting game and see if it works.

Try the same, even if you don't have an account with them. Also, do the same if it's some OTHER company trying to get you

They called me last night around dinner time, but was not home. So tried calling back and like everyone else, it was SP Data. And to comment on the one message that said it could be beneficiary to listen...I do not do business with TD nor have I ever requested any info. The way they were sticking up for them was as though they worked for them. I was also getting the Primus calls from the States 312-345-6789 and finally answered and told them straight up that not interested and DON'T call again. They haven't so far and been a week. Let's hope.

I seem to be getting hit with a number of telemarketing calls on my cell. Last week or so this one started, about 5 times a day. Also had 514-847-3632 start today, and had 602-343-2228 calling numerous times a day about a week ago. They never leave a message and from reading other posts, never stop calling or will hang up on you if you question them.

So using an idea from a previous post, I answer the call put it on mute and leave it until they hang up. Do that a few times and it seems to stop, but then another number seems to start calling so I'm starting to think they are all in cahoots. Aye carumba! It's so annoying.

They've called me twice a day, every day no, fail. The first time someone said it was an offer from TD and then read her computer screen rather sporadically, giving no evidence she even knew what she was talking about. From then on, there hasn't been a caller on the other line. This is BULL.

This is your bank calling you to keep you informed as a client of products and services that you agreed to when you opened your account or applied for a TD visa, Mortgage etc. There is nothing "shifty" about it. If you are an informed consumer it may aid you to here what is being offerd to you. If it is not something that could benifit you simply say so like a decent human being and get on with your life. It's business people, simple as that.
