It was Koodo calling me back.  Which is also teluis.  They were making me mad so i hung up on them.  They called my cell back but i didnt answer it.  So he (Alex) turned my cell phone off so i would call them back.

that phone number is a collection agencies calls NCO. They are located in ontario. when you answer the phone they hang up. It is not telus and I think they call for bell

This number left a message of nickelback and beyonce songs on my house phone........ odd.

This is a telus account department number .. I am not even with Telus!

you guys ever just call the # back? it says right when you call back telus client management centre. it could be for a bill or they might be offering you something. So many people afraid of a number, call it back idiots thye already have your number

We are so tired of receiving messages from Telus at 4am and from so many unknown numbers. We are on a Pay As You Go and it keeps costing us money for voice mails that we don't have.

How do we stop this?

was selling something on Kijiji and gave the idiot my phone # on Saturday. No one except a couple family members has my # which is a house line. Telus does not even operate where I am from.Today I started getting calls from this # definitely scammers probably selling contact #`s or something.

I don't have a phone with Telus. I just received a call from 416-940-4218, asking me about my Telus' cell bill.  He sounded odd.  So, I hang up and called the official 1-866- Telus number.  I was told that the 416- number DOES NOT BELONG TO TELUS.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF 416-940-4218, IT'S A FRAUD.

I don't have a Telus number either.  I just called the 1-866- Telus #.  They said the 416- number does not belong to them. It's a fraud.

I received a call from this number today, however, if it is indeed Telus collections, I find that extremely confusing, as I don't even deal with Telus, and I have NEVER dealt with Telus.

i receive calls from that number 416-940-4218, i can't answer because it's during my class time, but they don't leave any message, and it's the tird time they have called me. they call everyday since 3 days!

It is telus collections department.

It probably is Telus collections since I got a call from them about 30 mins after paying my bill over the phone. They hung up as soon as I answered and didn't say anything. Hey Telus learn some phone etiquette

Yup, it's Telus, I am way past due and that makes sense. So confirmed, it's for past due accounts.

Also, they charge you interest if you miss the pay date, so you might as well wait till right before the next due date to pay up in full, they won't charge you any more interest until past that date, so why not just pay right before?  You've paid the interest on it.

It is Telus phone company, which is notorious with its bad service.
Once you are customer, it will keep phoning you even 8 years after you withdrew from their service.

may be a little late on this one, but Im having huge problems with Bell and the problem lays with the fact that their stores are a completely seperate entitiy from Bell itself. There is a complete disconnect between the stores and the actual corp. Bell has no control over its stores or anything they do or dont do.
