Got a call with no message left.

Caller was asking for Executive titles was told that I can only confirm that information on our website is correct.
Googled the number and found it is for Collins Executive Recruiters.

I met with Dan twice in one week last month. He quickly lined me up for some interviews and now I have a great job! I was working at the time and could not meet up during the day and I must say I am so impressed that Dan was willing to meet with me after work twice. Hope this helps!

Got a "hang up" call to my magicjack phone number... It came from 416-947-1655... More than likely the call came from a North American Man Boy Love Association member random dialing for young boys and hanging up if they don't get a live boy on the phone...

I received a call from this number last week and it was from Collins Recruiting.  Thanks to the commenter above for clarifying that this number represents several companies.

This week, when I visited the Collins office (financial district), I noticed the receptionist answered for approx 4 different companies that share the floor.

While some recruiters may resort to some unethical or annoying phone practices, I can say that the call from Collins Recruiting was a valid effort to contact me for a position.  Further to that, after visiting their offices, I can say that the business is legitimate and I actually got some of the most valuable feedback on my resume I've ever received.

i use to work in an office that has the same number.  this number is an outgoing trunk line for a IP phone system in the financial district of toronto. There are  hundreds of companies that are on this trunk line and therefore your calls could be from any number of companies. there's no agenda by the companies to have this number.  Its the way the phone systems was setup and most of the people who are using it prefer to have it eliminated but its not their choice.  Big telco companies made it like this. hope this helps.

I have rec'd two random calls for which are not appreciated.

This number has called us 3 times in the last 15 minutes. With no answer when picked up

Received a call today from 416-947-1655 with a young man claiming to be a new grad from Western. Wants to know what qualifications he would need to get into a specific group at our company, whether or not we're hiring, structure of that team. Instead of giving him answers, I asked him what qualifications he has and what he is interested in. Gave him some career advice and he promptly hung up.

The guy who is calling me is named Daniel - I first spoke to him yesterday and he wanted me to come into his office that day.  I told him I could not make it.  He then called me from a private number last night just after 830pm to ask if I could be in his office by 11am today.  I have emailed him back and told him to stop calling me.

Clearly a recruiter.

didn't listen carefully which recruiting company he was from but he called me almost 7pm.  Clearly it's a suspicious call.  Who's still working at 7pm??
