I run a biopharma company, and am actually a potential customer of Sterling Hoffman....   But why on Earth would I want to work with a recruiter who doesn't have enough sense NOT to call my cell phone at 5 in the morning?  They would reflect poorly on my and my company.

It is obvious that someone has hacked their phone number and using it to make calls.  Have received a number of calls in the early AM from this number.  Sterling Hoffman needs to get on the stick and put a stop to this to protect their reputation.  Will put them on do not call list soon and file complaint with BBB.

Hi Gigi, thanks for the unhelpful post.  Maybe you can be helpful and get in touch with them since you have an excellent relationship.  Tell them not to call people in the middle of the night unsolicited!!

These shisters call in the middle of the night and then don't answer when you call back, impossible to talk to a real person, it goes to their general mailbox.  Completely unprofessional and assanine firm.

For the last several nights I have been receiving phone calls from this number at mid-night pacific time.  I have never contacted this agency.

They call after hours, do not leave a message, just hang up after the beep.  If it is a telemarketer, they are out to kill time, listen to a few outgoings and list them as refusals.

These a$$holes just called us at 130am!!! NO PROFESSIONAL company would ever do that. What jerks!

I'm surprised to read these comments. I've worked with this agency and they helped me find my current job! I'm so thankful to have called them back! They were calling me a few times and I kept ignoring their calls because I wasn't sure what they wanted. For some reason I got my voicemails late and when I was desperate for a job I noticed I had received some messages from this company. They were persistent but I was glad that they were!

I keep getting calls from this number at 1:30 AM every day at it wakes us up.  There is nobody on the line when I answer.  How can I stop this?

This call is fake and recruiter is unprofessional.. One more call and I will reverse spam them.

this person is calling me 3 time a day including at 3am or 2am.... they will pick up the phone but they wont answer.... am so tired of this..... I just wonna know who is this person that is trying to reach me but wont answer...

Recruiter who calls AND emails.  Trying to no-call list.

Do not share your private info with Sterling, they will sell it to third parties and they will spam your cell phone

For what it's worth, I found Sterling Hoffman to be an excellent executive-recruiting firm. They set me up for 2 interviews with 2 different biotech companies and their recruiters were courteous the entire way. Not sure why anyone would bother saying 'do not call' - Sterling-Hoffman is a great recruiting agency to work with.
