who is this 417-222-8989

Received a call on landline.

I opt out but still getting from this solicitor.

It was a junk call in Spanish.  They left a message.  I couldn't understand the message.

When I asked to be taken of their list. First, the guy asked for $350, then cursed me out.

they are calling my cell phone and won't leave a message.  I haven't given out the number.

Cell phone rang while I was driving in my car. Someone speaking spanish was on the line. I hung up and when I got home I call the number and got a disconnected number message .

Called my cell phone, I didn't pick up, and it didn't leave a message.  I am suppose to be on a Do Not Call List.

Just got a call from this number to on my work cell.

Just got the same call, the automated message said my number had been the only one selected for some prize. I've had some of these calls in the past, never dared to press any number though. This is probably some scam. My phone also shows the number from Galena, MO. Calling the number results in a message saying the number has been disconnected or no longer in service, which I'm pretty sure is fake since the takes a few rings for the message to play.

I tried to call this number back about 45 mins. after they called me and it said that the number was no longer in service.

It was definitely spam. It was in Spanish and it said something like: "Attention, your phone number has been selected for a gift. To receive it, press 1." I usually follow along until I can speak to a representative to let her/him know that I don't want to receive their calls anymore, but as soon as I pressed 1 the line got cut off. I hope I'm not f***ed.

I got the call, too! It's obvious that space aliens are planning some sort of attack. This is their way of infiltrating our minds. If you pick up the phone they will send messages that will render you in their control. I answered it and now find myself gazing in to the sky for no reason, as if there was a beacon calling me. They're here!

Just hit my cell phone right now, did not pick up and will continue not to pick it up.

The wife says the voicemail says 'You have won a prize, press 1 now to collect' or some sh@t along those lines

I just received a call from 417-222-8989 and it was in spanish. one word voicemail and the hang up. number show as coming from Galena MO

Just called me. Didn't leave a message. I never pick up if I don't recognize the number. Never been to Missouri.

yea i just got the same call earlier this morning but tried calling it back and said it was no longer in service or disconnected. ha glad to see im not the only one with this problem.

I got the same call from 417-222-8989, I didn't answer it, but thanks for the heads up, i will continue not to answer that number.

I got a missed call from this number. I didn't bother pick or will. But Funny part is mine number also end with 8989. xxx-333-8989,LOL
