Fake credit card/ debt relief scam offer.

Automated message stating I can have a lower interest rate for a credit card. Obviously a scam

Just got the phone call!! Left a VM stating press 1 now!
They have nothing else better to do but harass people!!

Fake scam. Here is google voices transcription of the message.

One of those "we'll lower your credit card interest rate" scams that will phish your credit card numbers and then run 'em over the limit for you.  May they burn in h*ll!
