they aren't allowed to leave messages, and the computer dialer will call all non answered calls back.  You need to answer the phone, wait to talk to someone, and tell them specifically to "put you on their do not call list."  If they call back again after 30 days, they can be finded.  Sayin don't call me, or asking why they call you won't get this job done. Hope I helped.

oh, they aren't idiots, but sometimes the public is ignorant of how the Do Not Call list law is enforced, there are many exceptions.  Anyone you've done business with in the last year can call you. as well as certain political causes, and non profits.   Sorry pal.  Just thank you lucky stars you don't have to earn your living calling people who don't want to be called.  I bet yer rude to them, aren't you.

I also reported this organization.  I have never answered when they call, but I am tired of companies such as this one ignoring the do not call registry.  If the recipient of the call doesn't answer, they should leave a message.  If they can't leave a message, it's obviously not important.  Take a hint and STOP CALLING!

The rude a** guy who just called AGAIN after I asked to removed before.  He got flustered when I asked him to remove me and then stated, "YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH BRAINS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!"

I know that I'm on the DNC list and I know that I would not buy from you.  I am now reporting you scum bag.  Have fun fighting the DNC complaint I filed.

File your complaints here:  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED

Thank you for filing your complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.

Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.

it is against federal law to solicit by phone unless you are a charity, an elected official (why they are exempt I do not know) or have conducted business with that party in the past 6 months. These jerks are breaking the law and costing me $$ as I am on measured/limited minutes on my cell. I hope they die a horrible, long, painful death.

It is MY phone, MY private service that I PAY for! I haven't seen or heard any of these a$$holes offer to pay my phone bill.

This is the first time we have received a call from Nobles Enterprises, and, if in fact they are calling about reducing or eliminating our timeshare maintenance fees, you cannot totally eliminate them without paying - upfront - a fee of about $5,000.  We have checked into this.  Therefore, there is a money making scheme to be had -- everywhere.  Again, the DNC list is ineffective.

I don't own a time share, never have owned a time share, and will never own a time share.  Why would they be calling me?  I didn't answer the phone, but if they keep calling I will answer and let them have it.  I will tell them that I am reporting them to the FCC, and I WILL report them!

I won't argue scam or no scam with you. Offering a fraction of a timeshares value to people hit by the recession is unethical. They are vultures looking to make a killing.
Since they cold call lists of timeshare owners they are law breakers. There's no getting around that. Bottom feeders will always be bottom feeders.
If I have no business relationship with them in the past 12 months and I'm on the DNC Registry, THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. PERIOD!

Yes, but I have no timeshare. Never have. I am on the do not call list. We have had this phone number for 12 years--so it's not like some previous timeshare owner had the number. If they want to behave in a legitimate way, they should leave a message saying the purpose of the call--and if they don't hear back, then don't call again.

this is not a scam. my fiance works for them. the reason why you say hello a few times before anyone says anything is because the computer is calling you, once it registers a voice it connects with a representative. the company does NOT scam ANYONE. their purpose to to help timeshare owners LEGALLY opt out of their timeshare contract.

Nobles calls sometimes 4 times per day nearly everyday. I continue to report this outrageous federal law-breaking company and hope that justice is served. They do not get the message that they are big-time scum! Do not entertain them with any type of conversation. This is a scam. I have no idea how to stop them from calling early morning and evenings even after 8pm. I have never had such phone calls from any company. I  hope you do not fall victim. You have been warned. They are totally brainless and do not care about annoying anyone anytime. I have logged every call for several months and am taking legal action against their tactics. There are laws that can protect us if we take action. Take charge.  Mr. Reported You to Feds
