This CoxHealth disguising their number as a T-Mobile cell phone. In the past, they would appear on the caller ID as "Unavailable". If you're a CoxHealth patient, you have nothing to worry about. But, the fact they disguise their number is a little disturbing.

I, too got a call from this number. Apparently, I missed the call, so I called back, and it said it was no longer in service. I read all the messages above, and called Cox diagnostic center in springfield, and they don't even have me in their system, and said IF it was from their office, they would have left a message. So..whoever it was, it was not Cox. Strange.

It rings twice then says "the number you have reached has been disconnected. Check the directory and try your call again." Static and a older gentleman's voice.

Its the drs office and they will most always leave a voicemail reminding you of an appointment you have scheduled with them. Im fixing to have my 3rd baby and in the very last couple of weeks so I see this phone number alot.

The 269-1499 number will say it's disconnected but if you press '1' it will take you to a real person.

This is a good number to keep. I got a call from this number after calling Cox Corporate Compliance to complain of some services at Cox Medical Center. After talking to the person from this number I recieved immediate recourse from the office I called in to complain about.
