It is illegal to tell anyone about the bill if they are not on the account.

This is a collection agency. I feel for it because she said she was Amanda. My sister in laws name. She brought up old accounts that I know are paid. They don't stop calling now.  Refuse to give me any kind of record showing that i owe on accounts.  I think they are frauds. Personally. And they give a different name for their collection agency every time.

Please reply back to me so i.dont get fired for sca. calls anymore.

Where your money went is probably to a scammer. Before you pay off a $2500 debt ? hell, before you pay off ANY debt ? you need to be absolutely 100% certain the people you're sending the money to are the ones you really owe the money to. There are plenty of criminals out there impersonating debt collectors and getting people to give them money.

These people USED to call me several times a day, until I sent in the $2500 owed and then it stopped. Now it has started back up and they're saying that I STILL owe the same monies to the same creditors!!! So I pulled my credit report and am RAGING because the bills I sent the money in to be paid off IN FULL are STILL there. My check was processed, so where did my money go?!? I'm calling the better business bureau!

person named D J gave me more information than allowed by the "Truth and Lending Law" about someone that works with me.

I receive call from this number on my cell phone looking for other people, but today received a call from 4176277919 at MY JOB!  same people?

They called me 6 times in one days, 3 times in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 time in the evening while i was at work. I do have a debt but have a different company handling it, then again they ask for a woman I've never heard of and I'm single...

I received a call from this number my granddaughters cell.  I gave her the phone for her birthday. The man asked for a friend of mine as though he knew her personally. When she lived with me she gave this number when looking for work. I didnt recognize the number but for that reason I answered it.  Since she moved I thought perhaps she is looking for work???  I had to ask his name and to take a message which honestly I have no idea how to contact her as thats been more than a year ago. Charles White he tells me. I then asked what it was about "well its a business matter".  Oh now I know its a collector and its not for me or my granddaughter.  I traced the call to Midwest Collections? in Joplin MO. I didnt bother to tell  him she doesnt live here because it would start a questioning that I dont want to bother with.  I just hung up.  It never stops them anyway, they keep calling even when you tell them to stop calling this number.  I have used the DO NOT CALL CELL and still get calls that are not for me.

I just got my first exsperinse with this so called company they can't even answer  the phone right when they answer is yeh I dill with my creditors personally if some one can't give you the carect info on some thing don't give them nothing I run a business call me I'll answer yah and then give me money

They call, but they leave no message.  I have no idea who they are calling for or who they are collecting for.  And if they are collectors, why call my phone every single day and not leave a message?  So... I subscribed to youmail.com and assigned them the "Disconnected" call answer recording from Verizon.  :-)  And they should be very happy that I did not assign them the 17,000 hz high pitched whistle.  

Every once in a while they call from a slightly different number.  All of the digits are usually the same except for the last two.

I kept getting calls from this number saying that I owed on a Hospt. Acct. back in Aug. 2012. The charge was for my daughter....HELLO! My daughter is under 18yrs old! We live in a different State than this call came from, and she gets state funded medical. They said it would go on my credit report, so I told them to go ahead and report that I WAS NOT PAYING!
I went ahead and called a worker at the DHS in my state and told this worker what was going on, that worker was amazed too that I would be charged for something like that.

Receive a letter stating I owed " Eagle Eye Radiology" . I never have been to this place ??

No one answers a the phones.

man called my 10 y/o daugher from this #. she said you have the wrong #.  He kept saying "whats this #? you dont know your own #?" when she wouldnt give it to him.. i said give me the phone and then he hung up. i called back from my phone and talked to "sandy" and thats all she would tell me. she wouldnt tell me anything else and wanted me to give my daugter's #  to her, because I didnt call from the number they had called, she said.  So OBVIOUSLY they have a list of #s they call.  I said get your list out and see what # you just called.  She said we call 100s of #'s a day.  We have no idea who was just called.  I told her what the caller said to my dauther, and they said no one would ever make a comment like that, so I guess I need my ears checked and my daughter is a liar...right.  She said unless I gave my #, they would keep calling. i refused to give my daugher's #. "Sandy" was extremely rude, raising her voice telling me i was being difficult and so i just had to hang up. complete witch. blocking this # and having husband call back to talk to the manager.

I received a call for a person I'd never heard of before.  I called them back, and the man kindly (said) he removed our number from their list.

My mother-in-law just received a call from someone stating that they needed to speak a family member who has never lived at this address. The woman who called made it sound like she knew this family member really well. Why do these kinds of people try to harass us when we don't have anything to do with this particular family member or his debts.

Still calling me for my brother who, I told them, doesn't live here. They won't stop calling, and they even said the would. I'm gonna write to my DA and ask him if he can put a stop to this. I'm tired of it. Why do they get to harass me for others debts?
