Telemarketers - I use a SilentRing app and never hear the call come in.  They call and when you answer, they hang up.  Fishing to see if it is an active number.

Wow. The comment mentioned above was spot on. Just call back the number and choose opt 2 to remove your number!

Calls about once a day sometimes twice. I have been put on their "do not call" list 7 times now. At least it has cut them down to once a day.

Just got a call from 417-800-2596 claim I had IRS tax debt.  When I told them I knew they were a scam and I was reporting them on internet they hung up real quick.  Tried to call back to get co name but it went to vm

I'm glad you were able to least identify(in some way)where the call came from. they are always calling me but i never answer and they don't ever leave a message.

i got several calls from this number,cord this  funny things is im on a do not call list so i am gonna call and record this with the FCC  these losers need a wake up call.  They claim they abide by all FCC rules, thats a joke.  GBecause If Im on a do not call list thats a violation so heres to another JERK who failed to comply with the FCC  guess you can say the jokes on

Receive call from this number minutes after receiving another call, but listed as "unknown". Neither left a message . .Gee, think it's a telemarketer? Stoopid.

Anyway, received the same type of call yesterday from 417-800-2331.

Call just listed as MO, U.S.A.  Came in at 13:55, and 13:59.

I assign them to "Junk Telemarketer Phishing" on my Iphone, and assign them the Looney Toons Theme as a  ringtone. That way when they call back, at least the A**HOLES make me smile.

My android phone blocks calls. They are blocked.

Depends on what kind of phone you use and your service provider.

Got a call from them around 11AM central time.  Did not answer and no VM, they showed up as a blacklisted number as they have called before.

Call the number back and press 2 just confirms that they reached a live number and will sell your number.

Reply:          I went to my provider (Verizon) website. They allow you to block up to 5 calls @ no charge,
                   just enter the number and submit.

Result:         Sucessfully blocked 2 marketing numbers.

calls me daily. they claim to be wanting to help lower my debt with the irs. i don't have unresolved tax debt of any kind. only had phone few months thought call was for person who had # before me. but i started receiving calls... about 10 a day from numerous #s after answering a cruiseline survey. must have added me to some list. anyone else answer a survey b4 these calls started?
