While I'm at it, there is a little more information I have to add that *might* be useful.
The caller ID name that showed up is "CUSTOMER SRV."
I received my call at 9:50:44 AM CDT on June 17, 2014.
The call was received on a line that has never been given out to *anyone*. In fact, it is a utility line I have reserved for some years for my own personal use. The line answers using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that asks for a PIN to be entered, and if that is successful, it asks for yet another PIN before connecting to the actual feature I have set up. Unfortunately, the caller is not recorded while all this is happening, and if the PINs are entered incorrectly or not at all (which is likely), my system drops the call very quickly. So I have no further information about the call itself.
By the way, the number they tried to reach me at has an area code that is not the same as theirs, but corresponds to the same state.
