In response to all of the negative posts about myself: I'm sure that most of America is aware of how telemarketing offices work. They are what they are, they make obviously tons of phone calls. Some of us like them and some of us don't. Speaking for myself, I have a very happy life today being 5 years clean from my past drug history as well as the many trials and tribulations that a person on the wrong track goes through. I can say I regret my past, not my life today. We all know as people grow they decide to stop living in the moment of cruelty and hatred. I must say I love my husband very much and will continue to do so. I'm so blessed and thankful for the life I've been given today.

To get away with it he has put it in other peoples names! He is still violating the do not call list to this day and have the proof to back it up. I just wanted to let everyone that got screwed by him that he is going to be facing more charges soon.he is a crook and so is gis management and wife. (417) 866-8670:  That phone number goes to a business owner that got sued by the Attorney General's Office in December 2007 for $15,000.00 for calling people on the no call list.  The Owner's name is Dennis Dodd and at the time was operating from Tickets4u,LLC but has since established another LLC for his Springfield operation.  They sale tickets from Springfield, MO to shows in Branson, MO.  After meeting and hiring Crystal Smith approx. 6 months ago, owner, Dennis Dodd married her in December 2008.  Crystal Smith has lost custody of all three of her children by two seperate fathers.  She served jail time twice between 2007 and 2008.  She is currently on probation in Christian County, MO for theft (which she served time for) and in Greene County, MO for drug related convictions.  She is currently set for a felony theft jury trial in Febuary, 2009.  She admitted in a recent court hearing that she has used meth since she was in her teens.  She dropped out of high school and became a stripper.  Crystal Smith, now known as Crystal Dodd, with a 15 year history of drug and theft married owner, Dennis Dodd within 6 months of their knowing each other run the telemarketing operation and are behind the phone calls from telephone number (417) 866-8670.  You can find out more about the LLCs by doing a search of the MO Secretary of State's Office and can find out more about Crystal's criminal history by simply looking her up on casenet.  Needless to say, this is not an operation I'd suggest turning your credit card numbers over to

Mr Dodd has opened another call center at 3534 S. Campbell in Springfield, Mo.  I don not know the number but maybe the address will help.  The center is called Great American Travel (I believe).  Hope this helps.

Wish I had seen this earlier!! I booked a trip through this number and I now can not get a hold of them.  I am arriving on thrusday and I have already paid for the package!  I never received the confirmation or hotel information.  I do not know where to go or what to do. I fear I have lost half of our vacation money on this!!  Does anyone know a number to contact these people???  My husband is not pleased with this at all.  I feel like I ruined our vacation.  We have not had one in 4 year cause we can't afford it.  We have been saving for a long time and now we have to repay for our hotel which means we can only stay half of the time we intended.  These people need to be stopped.  This is really wrong!!!!

Got the call.  Bought the deal.  Charged to my credit card.  Nothing ever was sent to me.  Called and called but got no answer.  Am writing a letter to refund my money and will copy our NE Attorney General as well as the MO Attorney General.

There is a no call list that you can register your number with and it can be found on the web by doing a google search.  They they call you anymore, they can be fined and/or shut down if it is reported.

Same as above - I get calls from this number at least three times a day.  I don't answer nor do I return the calls.

I received this call yesterday on my cell and,since I was hard at work, didn't answer it. Checked here instead. This is not the first time this has come on my cell. What jerks!

I am getting these calls 2 or 3 times a day on my cell phone.

They answer the phone "It's a beautiful day in Branson". This is a telemarketing firm selling weekends at Branson, Missouri. I have advised that I am on the "federal no call list" and I wanted any further calls to cease immediately. The thing that really was irritating is I am receiving these unwanted calls on my cell phone.

Said I had signed up on the internet. Not!!!!!!!!!!Told her I was on do not call  list and would report the number.

Came up on caller ID this morning

Phone rang, answered it, no one there!! Really makes me mad.
