Recorded message appears to be from some law firm (CPA???) looking to represent you if you took some kind of drug during your pregnancy...long message...Allows you to hit #1 at the end to talk to someone or #3 to supposedly be removed from their database (Yeah we've heard that one before)...Caller ID indicates it's coming form Put-in-Bay but continued searching shows Woodville, Ohio area...

I got a call from this number 419 285 6404 on 4/2/2012, I didn't accept the call, and immediately after I got a call from 419 257 6060, which is a number that has been calling me for several weeks and originates in North Baltimore, Ohio. Probably telemarketers. I refuse to answer calls that have no caller ID info. I figure if they don't want you to know who they are, they must be up to no good.
