Just called my cell phone and I didn't answer then they called my mother who is 82 and told her I had a pending case with the grand jury in a city I haven't lived in or been to in years, what a load of crap! Told my mom to always tell these that stubble around trying to figure who they are talking to that she has no idea who they are talking about and NEVER EVER TELL THEM she knows anyone they are calling about, because it's a scam!

my husband got the same call today. Told him her name was Jacqueline Belcher and calling about service of process with the worthless check divison. She gave a case number also some BS number. We had this problem a few years ago with a man calling and saying that my husband was goign to go to jail over unpaid child support when he doesn't even have any children. What a freaking joke! This is a load of crap! Don't give them any money! They are scammers!
