Lalib CO stole my wife's debit card number and made five transactions of the same small amount over two days in May. My bank called me to confirm these charges and reversed them after I told them I have no idea who Lalib CO is. In July, I get a letter from CRB to collect the unpaid debt I owe to Lalib CO.

These people are truly scum and have no moral compass. I don't understand why the government has not shut them down after so many complaints.

received numerous calls from Mrs Klein the past month, had no idea what was for, then thoughy maybe someone hacked my identity or something......... until I came across this site. Said she would be taking legal action if I didnt call back, so I called back and told her I would be taking legal action if she called me back.

They called my parents house looking for me, even though I do not live with my parents.

I called back, got a guy who was very rude and said he couldn't answer any questions and a Mrs. Klein would have to get back to me, even though she wasn't in the office.  I left a voicemail and supposed to hear from her tomorrow.

This sounds like a scam since all my bills are up to date.  Very rude people, and I am glad I researched the number.

I sent an email to the FBI to investigate this.

Calls every night...finally answered. Very biligerent trying to get personal information...talks about credit card charges and police etc.

this mrs. klein  called me too and called out some file number saying i needed to call her ...

yes this person call me and told the same s***, and she try to intimate me a lot by phone, so now i  go talk with my lower about this persor cause if her job is talk with the person she dont need talk s***!!!!!!!!!!

I TOO REC A CALL ON DEC.2 & 7 2011 STATING SOMEONE WAS CALL FROM MY NUMBER TO A SEX HOTLINE FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER & BILL WAS OVER $400 DOLLARS. I CALL MY TELEPHONE COMPANY JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE & BLOCK THIRD PARTY CALLING. MY PHONE HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGE ANYTHING EXTRA. I HAD A FEELING SOMETHING WAS JUST NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS BECAUSE NO ONE USE MY PHONES BUT ME.

Mrs. Klein called on December 1st and then just yesterday December 7th. She accused me of charges that I know I didn't make on my card. . She demanded payment and constantly asking for my savings & checking account number. She asked where I do my banking. I didn't give her any information. She said if I don't then she will have to contact the authorities. I called the Attorney General's office and reported it to the FBI. Is there anything else I should have done?

I got a call last night on my answering machine from the same lady,and just deleted it.Said the same thing someone from that number was being investigated for commiting fraud from my line.So obviuosly another person trying to scam people.

I too received a call from Raquel Klein....Said someone was using my husbands name to call a gay chat line.....I questioned it becuz my husband was incarcerated at the time....so I thought my son did...and was in an uproar cuz I thought my son was gay.....I begged him to tell me the truth...he kept sayin mom I'm not gay and I didn't make any call to that place...Said he used a fake check and that it was forty sumn buck.....thank God I googled the number and came up on this site....Thanxs guys

YES ON TODAY WHICH IS MARCH 15,2001 I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME PHONE CALL FROM SOMEBODY BY THE NAME OF MRS.KLEIN SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS INVESTIGATED FRAUD COMMITTED ON THIS LINE WHEN I CALLED HER SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS RACQUELL KLEIN LOL AGAIN I TOLD HER THAT I JUST HAD GOOGLED HER NUMBER AND THE RESULT SHE SOUNDED SHOCKED AND CONFUSED OMG

She would call me every day, and tell me some one from this phone number was makeing calls to a sex hotline. And that I owe them $149. And no such calls were ever maid.  She was telling me that someone committed fraud from this number.

you have the right to voice your option of course but this company is not BOGUS she also called me about my sons email addy being used on adult site my son used my hubby name and my cc when the charges showed up on my cc i disputed them cuz i didnt no what they were when mrs kline called me
she explained everything even provided proof my son did this there were chat logs where he had being web caming with these people she gave me my options i could pay it or i could file charges against my son for theft of my cc i decided to pay it

if you review the fcc laws u r legally accountable for what takes place frm your phn line.... if someone in your house calls a 900 number and it shows on your phn bill and you call the phn company to dispute by law phn company must remove it to avoid your phn service frm being disco for non payment of that call they send it back to the 900 provider who has the right to seek futher collection action

I am in the process of trying to buy a house and low and behold, this fake company is on my credit report and has me listed as bad credit for a few years now.  My fault for not paying attention.  Anyway, thanks to everyone here, there is now another complaint against them.

Mrs. Klein: called yesterday to our phone and said we owed money on a charge that we do not every remember making AND we pay our bills - not something recognized by this lady.  I am so glad I googled and saw the information on line...we are now armed and waiting for a return call.  Many thanks to all for taking the time to post.

These people are under investigation by the FBI.  Call and file your complaint with them as well.

This so called Mrs.Klein keeps calling our phone, usually using unavailable except today, leaving a voice mail with the number 1-419-517-0061, she is working with an accomplish, they are scammers, saying we owed 500 dollars on something we never heard of, luckily were smart enough to look that number up, and got this web page, somebody better do something to stop those darn scammers.

I too recieve a call from Mrs. Klein, telling me that I have a fraudulent charges on my phone. What I did was I called her back to see what this fraudulent charge was and there was no answer. "This is so and so Klein, I'm not in right now. I'm either out of the office blah blah blah. Just to leave a message". Which I didn't. So when I got back to work I Google 419-517-0061 and what did you know it led me to this web site. These "DONKEY'S" are scamming innocent people, how sad is that.

Go to http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/ConsumerComplaint and log a complaint. I got a call today from "Mrs. Klein" whose direct is 419.517.0061. Lol!

Mrs. Klein sent me a letter. This letter looked so fake, my paper shredder had it as a snack. Then she followed up with a call. Man, I tore a new one into her.

It is sad we have so many people out here who want something for nothing but they are a part of this screwed up world we live in. You have to think on your feet quick or they will get you.

I got a call from "Mrs.Klein" today. After hearing her bs about me owing something and mentioning which card it is from (an EXPIRED card, mind you!), I took her "information" and told her I would call her back. My caller ID said she was calling from Royal Oak Financing but anyone can spoof caller ID nowadays.

I gathered all my docs (relatively fast) and did some Google searches. Lo and behold, they are scammers. I gave her the business and told her to never call me again. She screamed "it's your credit report!" and hung up. I know it is MY credit report but you sure as heck won't get anything on it.

I have credit monitoring in place on all of my accounts so let Mrs.Klein go ahead and try to use that number or open anything in my name. She will be very surprised.

I also called the phone company that a trace said the number was registered to and they said it was not active. Lol! They probably have IP based phones and use whatever caller ID hack software to change the CID. Another trace said it was a cell number. Same deal...they could have multiple cell phones or IP phones forward numbers through to hide the real numbers they are calling from. Very easy to do.

You have to be on your toes because scammers nowadays are getting bolder and bolder.

I called it back and it dropped the call. This is bogus!

a woman calls and says there are calls being made from 713-947-3307 to a chat line and being charged to a credit card. Bill not paid and they are going to charge someone living at that address of that phone number for credit card fraud and check fraud.
