Left message threatening to blacklist my SSN. Foreign accent hard to understand. No clue what this is about.

I received that as well. I think it is a scam

The same things are happening to me as we speak.  It is very scarey....what can I do?

I repeatly received threatening call from Paul White; and numerous other foreign speaking people that I have committed a crime; and they want to help me.  They are asking for all my personal information; name; address, phone#, SS#, driver's lic. # etc.

The number they are call is my job; They will not provide me with any information regarding what they are accusing me of.

so they just call my house with all of the same messages. I call them back and said that my lawyer told me to record a conversation. even know I had no lawyer I wanted to see if that would scare them. they hung up the phone with me and I called back and someone else answered. I told them again this phone call is being recorded and that my lawyer is sending this phone call to the attorney general's office. he said that's fine do it. you can just await legal action we will not call again. and then he hung up. I called their bluff not sure where to go from here. I am a bit spoofed though.

I listened to this message several time to make sure I got every word correct here - it was an Indian/Pakistani man with a rather thick accent. He mispronounced both my name and my brother's but I could tell he was trying.

Hi, (my first and last name) this is Mark and this I am calling you from the state investigation department, and the very second you receive this message I need you to get back to my department number. Because right now, your friend (my brother [who has a different last name]), has done some fraud activity.  So we are just going to download the case in the state county court, so before that, tell him to get back to my department as soon as possible. My department number is 419-595-0793. I repeat this: 419-595-0793 um, and take care, and god bless you, bye.?

He did not mention in which state or in which county this was supposed to take place.  Also, the area code is from Ohio and I live in another state.

I'm telling you these a***oles have threatened me 1000 times! I feel like if your going to do something then do it! I don't give a f***!!! I'm not scared to go to court! Send the f****ng papers if im in so much trouble!!! Im a hood bi*** and nothing scares me!!!!

I keep getting threatening phone calls from 419 595-0793. Please have them stop calling me!

I have been getting these too I just turned 18 so I have no credit to even think about getting a loan but they wont tell me who they are when i took out a loan or even how much they have all my information and i dont know what to do there leaving harrasing voicemails and they have called atleast 40 times today

I have been getting calls since November.  Finally called them back and talked to a Paul White who said he was from the State Investigations Department of Ohio and that I was going to be arrested if I did not clear up my payday loan with USPaydayCash.  He said I was scheduled to appear in the Washington County Court House on next Wednesday.  He said that I needed to pay or get my attorney to call him.  I responded that I would have my attorney contact them tomorrow and they said it would be too late because I would be arrested tonight for fraud.  This is ridiculous.

I just received a call today from a woman with a thick foreign accent telling me someone filed a claim against me and she was calling from a legal department and did I want to pay $1200 today.  When I asked the questions of who had filed a complaint, she responded with I should know.  When I asked her name and her companies name she refused to respond.  I said well I've never received anything in the mail and this is the first time I'm hearing from her.  I asked to speak to supervisor she left me on hold for a long time I hung up, she called back and then threatened me.  When I asked her what court she was filing in, she said the court in Ohio. I said which county, she stated I should know.  She told me she had my name, bank accont, address, and SSN.

I'm calling my bank now and changing my account info immediately.  Note she told me if I didn't call back I was in "big trouble."  Hmm...definitely not an american saying for sure.

This same number has been calling my cell phone work and house saying all the same stuff listed above well after reading this I called them and demanded to know who there saying I was cop I'm not but was gonna play there game back and the indian said yeah you're f'n a** and were scammers and hung up on me so I was really worried when this all began thinking I was in trouble for something I hadn't done but now I'm just gonna see I can contact something really needs be done about this and u would think our gov would more worried about this issue these indian scammers could be funding terrorism with all the money there scamming from people for all we know since know one seems to know who they and the post had a lot of adresses for florida didn't the bombers of 9/11 get training on how to fly in florida come on people time to start putting the puzzle together somethings going on and we need to put a stop to it

This number keeps calling my job causing problems. Saying that I got a loan, and in 2 days I will be arrested.

Called and left message with sister telling her that I could be arrested within 2 days for check fraud.
