Called (206) 792-9399 and blasted off the young woman there she claims they cannot give me the contact information for the company that is dialing my number but, I can file a complaint with them and they will forward it to the client so no more calls are made. I spent 10 minutes going around in circles trying to get anything even a name from the company actually contacting me and was refused on all occasions , I was then transferred to a manager named Hugo who claims I must send a formal subpena to them to get any information regarding any specifics for this company. The good news here is we as  consumers now have a new chew toy to rip apart on the phone. Call (206) 792-9399 and lodge a formal complaint here, and if the mood strikes you, go to all the nice links above and file against the service provider as well through the state of oregon

These great folks call from several different numbers.As indicated above they have an automated dialing system that changes their outbound calling number on a constant basis. I have received calls for almost a year now from over 20 different #s with the exact same message. on at least 5 or 6 occasions I have held for a live person and as soon as I attempt to give the representative a verbal cease and desist(which once given, forbids the company from calling you legally) the party will hang up quite literally before I can get the words out of my mouth. I have gone through donotcall registry and have  had  my number "removed" from their dialing system, only to have a different # call days later with the exact same message, my best advise would be to file complaints with your states attorney general and/or better buisness bureau. I believe this is an issue stemming from low level cell carriers,such as cricket in my case, selling or placing our numbers with un-reputable companies such as this one, which in my opinion is a scam or fraudulent company to some extent

This number called today. It was a recorded message saying, "Hi, this is Jeanie and I'm calling about your credit card." At this point I hung up. I do not have a credit card, and I've never applied for a credit card of any sort, so this is definitely a scam.

419-666-6566 calls everyday at the same time 12:10 pm, also saying this is Janie calling to reduce you ratio credit card debt. How can we stop this # from calling?

Tired of receiving unsolicited calls.  This is about "Interest Rate Reduction" on credit cards guaranteed by the President.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry and these nuisances keep getting through!!!!!

I get the same call every other day from differ #'s 866/888/419 and two others it probably is a scam b/c the recording says it wants to lower the interest rates on you're credit card but i don't have one. and it may be a coincidence but i started getting these calls after i signed up for publishers clearing house

They called this morning,I called back and the operator said the number is disconnected

Who is this?? No name, no message!! Did not call the number back.

I got a call from that number too while I was out. I plugged it into a search engine and it's come up on several complaint sites. When people have called back, the number is disconnected. Somebody's spoofing the number which means a scam if it was about credit cards.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and hanging up

I had a missed call on my cell from 419-666-6566 I tried to call it back about a half hour after I missed the call but it said the number was disconnected

This same recording has called my cell number several times and each time, I just hang up.
It gives a name of who's calling (Jeanie) and she is calling about my credit card.
Where do these people get your phone number, especially cell numbers?

I have been harassed by this "company" - "Interest Rate Modification Department"  for the past 2 fricken months - ever day at 9 or 10 am.  Today I received two calls in one day which has now pushed me over the edge.  I alway press 1 to be taken off the call list.  What can I do to prevent this from happening?
This is not the number I am having trouble with these are the two that called me today 402 982 0869 AND 978 570 2241.

Got a robo call from "Jamie" at the "Interest Rate Modification Department".  Yea, right.  Did you know that the average American owes over $10,000 on his credit card and they can reduce that 40% and bla, bla, bla.  Hit 1 to talk to an agent or just hang up to be removed.  Yea, right, I'm sure that will work....  I'll bet this is the same company that was making all the carpet cleaning robo calls a few months ago.  

So I hit 1 and "all operators are busy but you can leave a message".  I left a nice pile of hot steaming.  

Sorry don't have caller ID but I did a *69 and got "Your cutom calling service is working.  However, you cannot use it with this number.  Please consult your instruction guide..."  AT&T is just so helpful, too.  They sell us features and sell the spammers  an 800 number (which doesn't allow call back) or ID blocking.  I'm just assuming my spammer is this number from the identical stuff you all wrote.

Have been receiving these calls about once every 2 days.  Caller ID and number are now blocked. Same caller "Jamie" from the "Interest Rate Modification Department," with prompts to press "1" for "help," or press "6" to be "removed."  Have made complaints to government "donotcall" website. Don't know if these robo calls can be stopped... We sometimes answer "Blocked" caller ID; daughter has hubby in Law Enforcement--home phone is "private."

at 4:43  8-29-2009 I received a robot call from 419-666-6566 caller ID indicated the name as Might C. As is usual with these illegal calls no-one responded when I answred the phone

I got a call from this number. They asked for me and i said who is it, they said i better listen to what they have to say or they would steal my car.....hmmmm,so i asked again who it was, and then a guy cussed me out, i called back and it was busy........

Just received another one of those calls.  I pressed one to get a live person and spoke to "Grant" whom I asked where he was calling from and said "The Neverland Ranch" after that I proceeded to tell him that I would be reporting this number and his name.

And ANOTHER one of those annoying calls! These people don't even have the courage to leave INITIALS!!!  The cowards!

other people have been complaining about this number on a google search. no one answered when I picked up.

tried to call back....

Recording saying to press 1 to lower our credit card interest.

Returned call to this number and number was disconnected.

i received a call from this number on my cell phone.
