Got a call and they hung up after my message on the answering machine.  guess they didn't want to leave a message.  I get so sick of these calls. I am glad there is a site i can check on to see where these calls are coming from.  guess it doesn't help much being on the do not call list.  people like this and political calls.  GERRRRRRRRR!.

I just called my cable company and they have blocked that number.  You may try doing the same thing...

We are getting 3-4 calls from this number daily.   Every time I answer, no one answers back.  It's very frustrating!!

My mom lives in Wood County and is harassed by this # lately! Glad I see all of you messaging about it. She was troubled by the numerous calls! I am telling her to complain to someone with authority!

yep, we keep getting calls.  same deal: don't answer and when i try to call back, number has been disconnected.  if you answer when they call, tell them you would like your name and number placed on their 'do not call' list amd they have to oblige.  will do this if i ever actually speak with someone.

Like others have reported I heard my voice echo when I said hello, then nothing.  I called the number back and got a message that it has been disconnected.

I called the Oregon Police to report this scammer-we need to make police reports!!??? I live outside the city of Oregon so I need to make a report to the Lucas County Sheriff! Even tho the crime was committed in Oregon I have to file with Lucas County...No wonder these idiots get away with these things!! Any help would be appreciated as I am going to the Sheriff tomorrow-this idiot isn't goins to ruin my life w/her calls!! Help-you can be anonymous.....

I have also received numerous calls from this person "Norma Paquin". No message & can't get thru on the 419-697-6300 #. That # is assigned to a realty company in Oregon but I can't seem to find the exact location. Will be going to Oregon on Sunday to check this out & the police station. I hate this stuff......

Yup this # called me this morning so I called it back and it says it been disconnected.I have had other #'s call but they never say a name with it.. don't understand how they can call you but it wont let you call it back and ring thru..Stupid people need to get a real job instead of scamming others. We've received numerous calls from this number, on two of our land-lines---want them to stop!

I have received a call on my caller id from this number several times recently so decided to call it back and all that I get is that the number has been disconnected...wo quite confused how it can call me but when you return the call it is a disconnected number...hmmm...

I rec'd. a call from this number yesterday with the caller I.D. stating Norma Paquin and decided to answer (which I normally don't do on calls I don't reconize). It was "Cops for Kids" wanting a donation. I NEVER donate over the phone, but rather directly. I got quite upset when the guy on the phone just took it for granted that I would donate, and said "let me just verify your address so I can send you the packet". Geez, at that point all I said was Hello. Said I wasn't interested and just hung up.

It works very well for the purpose it was implemented and that is to reduce or eliminate SALES calls to those who do not wish to receive them.  No other type of calls are covered so in this case, a caller for a charity, the caller is not required to honor the list and, in fact, cannot even gain access to the list to remove listed numbers.

I know a Tricia Paquin, I don't know if there is any relation but she has been in trouble with the law SEVERAL times.

Same with me...I keep getting calls from this number, hear the echo of my voice and then nothing.  Weird!

I have received multiple messages from this number with the same name of the caller showing in the ID.  I make it a point to not answer calls from unknown numbers or callers. I am on the do not call list, but it could be an auto-dialed number which doesn't prevent these types of calls.

Calls, hangs up. I call back, no answer.

When I answered the phone I heard my own voice as an echo.  No response from the caller so I hung up.

419-697-6300 calls my home twice daily and hangs up on us.

Caller ID; Norma Paquin. I have answered 3 times, but I can hear my voice as an echo in the line. No reply from a human or machine. I hang up. Calling each day at various times. No voice mail left on line when I ignore it.

Caller ID also said Norma Paquin by the way.
