Watch out they will post a position for customer service or account manager or something along those lines but don't be fooled it is truly a pyramid scheme door to door sales job but they just try to hide that until they can get you in for an interview. There is a reason everything is so vague its so you don't know what the job truly is.

I also applied to this company, under a job listing that said nothing about sales or that it was commission only. I was hired in quickly, without a difficult interview process, but was told that not everyone gets called back so I was very lucky to be chosen. That should have sent up a huge red flag. Once you are hired, you see what it really is: a marketing scheme, in which you don't get paid for several weeks, and when you do, it's only a portion of what the commission is, because most of it goes to the person who trained you and to their manager. The hours are absurd, like 60 hours a week, for almost no pay, all while shelling out for gas, food, car maintenance, etc. But you get to write that off on your taxes. The whole environment was weird and creepy, almost like a cult. They make you feel super-welcome and everyone is really friendly, but at the same time, you have to basically give up your home life by working long hours for very little money. Google "cydcor complaints" for more information on the parent company. Scam!

I actually applied to this company today after seeing their listing on careerbuilder.com.  They called me back within the hour.  I was kinda floored as I have applied to about 30 jobs in the past month and have received only one offer for an interview.  They set me up with an interview for tomorrow but I have to be honest I was getting bad feelings the entire call.  I could tell it was going to be sales (which I don't mind at all), feared it would be 100% commission only which is harder but still not a deal breaker.  What really got me worried though was looking on their website.  Everything talks about these parties they go to and their "office night" and it's a bunch of younger people dressed up looking the part but not really selling it.  This may very well be a legit company, maybe people just can't handle the sales pressure?  Who knows?  But after hearing these comments I tend to see this as a situation I need to avoid.  They have only been members of the BBB since March of this year and the only other comments on here that seem to support them, do so by insulting the work ethic of "most people".  That in and of itself is weak.  When you have to resort to generalities about everyone else and can say nothing about the company it completely weakens your position and makes you sound like a company plant or at the very least a friend of a friend.  Maybe this was my shot and I am blowing it, but I think I am going to skip that interview tomorrow.

Just and FYI AT&T don't always tell the truth either. I used towork for them and they told us to li all the time and told us to "Not tell" the customers things unless they came out and asked specific questions. So for you to say that AT&T won't work with a company tht lies is really funny because AT&T will lie then lie to cover up the lie.

Sounded like the woman who called and left a message was high. Could not understand her name or the company name. I called back a different woman answered saying human resources, still no company name. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then I hung up. I would stay away from this one sounds like they love to string people that need work along.

Ever heard of Enron? Just because they provide services to a legitimate company does not make them one.

They work with AT&T so how would it possibly be a scam?  I feel like most people are just lazy so they bash the people that have jobs with good companies.  Find something else to do with your time...like get a job!

Unsolicited emails and calls from this employer when I never applied for a position with them. They have tons of fancy names for open positions in which they slap the word "manager" or "executive" on the email headings In reality, they are hiring door-to-door sales people, which they won't tell you. Nor will they tell you it is 100% commission based. I have no idea how they got my phone number. I'm not listed on any job boards.

I wish I didn't go for the interviews. A complete waste of time and money.  No one was honest and everything was ambiguous. After I politely turned down the position I was pestered with more emails and several phone calls. All of them were cookie-cutter, copy and paste style bulk emails.

They've bugged me with unsolicited calls. Be  careful. If it looks like a scam, tastes like  a scam, then by golly it sure as hell is.

This is a sales and marketing company.  They do promotions and advertising for AT&T.  I can't imagine AT&T would want to work with a company that was dishonest.  People will believe whatever is posted on the internet though.  Check out their facebook or website for more information.  It tells you pretty specifically what they do.
Just like most successful companies that I know of they do "recruiting" to find qualified candidates.  Since most people don't like to work it tends to be difficult to find individuals willing to work for a living.

Oh my, I wish never answered my phone the day I got the call...
Two words to describe "Raseri" Pyramids scam.
They promised me a lot during my interview...
Training pay, advance to a management position quick etc.
I worked for this bogus outsourcing company for almost three weeks and was paid $36.00 after taxes.
Get this, I was paid commission on the check I recieved, but during training I never sold/closed anything to even receive any commission. I spent close to $200.00 in gas to get Ponzi scammed by a bunch of two faced crooks the lie all day long.

The number comes from the Raseri, Inc.  They are an independently owned sales and marketing firm located around Toledo, Ohio, which basically means they're a glorified temp/job placement agency.  They emailed me originally saying they had "immediate openings in account management" and that I would be a "great fit for their company" after they saw my profile on Career Builder.  That was very odd since I don't have any accounting education, experience, or qualifications.  They called me from (419) 708-1133 several times, and when I finally answered, the woman on the phone had no specific job description available but asked if I would come in for an orientation/interview at their offices.  I told her I wasn't interested, and I received one more call the next day.
