its really not a scam i used to work there they really sell magazines, its a shity place to work but it is a legit business

I worked here for a few months, and it was rediculous! I hated doing the cold calling. It is all a scam, most of the time you dont get your magazines. People who work here are criticized almost everyday negatively. If you do not get your quota you get fired. People leave this job almost everyday, and I guess on Monday they hired seven people after everybody had left. I got fired because I could not make any sales because people were hanging up on me, and I expected that. I am glad I do not work there anymore, and this company SHOULD be shut down ! they call you over and over again. if you request to be put on the DNC list, they still call you anyways.

you can tell them to remove your number, but they just put it back in 6-8months from now.

To cancel your account with them, you have to say that you are going to contact an attorney, the bbb, and the attorney general. They get attorney genral letters all the time. its a ridiculous scam. You end up paying for a 5 year service but are not guaranteed to get all the magazines you ordered, because of the terms of the magazines. They do have a 3rd party collection agency, but think about it, they dont have your ss#, birthday, anything.... They can threaten you, but it does not affect your credit rating. Call and complain let them know you are contacting the people I told you too. They will try to get you to pay something to cancel, but technically if you didn't sign an agreement, you don't have to pay anything. Good luck

I have ordered magazines from them but then my husband lost his job so i tried to cancel my order through them. They told me it was too late. I told them they'll get their money when i can send it . They sure do call if I am behind though! I think I will try calling the magazine directly to see if I can cancel, then they will have to stop billing me

I get calls from this company at least 2 to 3 * a day everyday.  They never say anything if I answer and they never leave a message on my voicemail.  I want them to stop calling me.

Also have received calls from this number when asked to stop calling me the woman started to argue......Will be reporting to BBB, and contacting my attorney as I recorded the phone call as well as other conversations with these people asking them to stop.

Please have this company stop calling, it's very annoying. When I pick up the phone, there's no anwer.

I called, they apologized & said they would remove me, but please remember you MUST SAY the words "Remove me from your DO NOT CALL LIST" in order for them to actually do it.

CMS of Holland is a huge scam. they suck you in with lies. they do not give you a free watch, thats a lie. they have not been in business for 90 years, that is lie. i found info that they actually started in 1995. they have so many complaints everywhere makes sense why they dont have a website. they are full of lies. will suck you into an extremely long overpriced contract you cant get out of. complete scam not sure how they get away with what they do

I worked for this company awhile back. Let me tell you it was AWFUL. They have a high turn over and scam their newer employees as much as they do with customers and the people they try to sell to. The employees also get sucked in like people that buy. They treat their employees like crap, try to rip you out of money if you dont keeps tabs. Newer employees receive threats if you dont meet their expectations
and try to find a way to get rid of you if youre not good enough. I felt like crap everyday after leaving that place.. Hate that place so much, very greedy and shady. They wanted us to sell a lie so only the lying master manipulators make the most sales. I am a bit ashamed that worked for a place like this but I have learned my lesson. I do not recommend doing business with them. You do not get the free watch and it's very cheap, crappy watch anyway. Regardless of what the person claims, they are trying to sucker you into a contract. The contract is very long, overpriced and cannot cancel. It's likely they will screw up your purchase too. There are many lies in what they told us to say. I couldn't do it anymore. I am an honest person and no amount of money can change that. They are aware their system hangs up on people, they are not allowed to leave voice messages. They call the same people over and over. I'd put people on the DNC list but somehow they'd continue to be called and I'd have to put up with the scream and yelling because their system sucks. It's pretty much a couple of old dirty men getting rich off oblivious kids selling their scam.

I was getting these calls for a while and then they stopped after I signed up for the no-call listing. Now they are starting again, even though I signed up for the no-call listing again. They are very annoying.  If they want something, why can;t they leave a message?

i receive repeated unwanted call from this number on a daily basis. 419-865-3566. It's gone on for months!!

I have been getting nonstop calling from this company, daily, different times, even late at night.. no message ever. I need them to stop harassing me!

They call me virtually every day, never answer when I pick up the phone. Ridiculous.

I get calls from these low life people all the time. Half time no one is there when i answer and when they do answer they try to scam you for info not knowing who they called. Asking for people that I don't know. Asked to be removed several several times over the past year and still they call to this day. Sickening.

Our phone # is unlisted & on trhe do not call list.  I complained a couple of yeats ago & the calls stopped but here we are again.

Once they get enough of the HARASSING COMPLAINTS then MAYBE JUST MAYBE they will be put out of business.. There is no reason to be nice to you scum. Get a whistle. When you get one of these subhumans on the phone BLAST THEM. They are crooks. They will nto comply with your wishes. They deserve all the abuse they get AND MORE. But since they're not the brightest lights in the room, you may have to repeat. As a victim of these telescammers and telepests, you will find the whistle to be a very satisfying experience.

These scum often show up on this site to claim they're only "doing their job" and imploring their victims to be "nice" to them. Meh! If you can't take the heat, get out of the boiler room. It's not our fault you aren't qualfiied for a real job.

I see that all of you like to complain, YEA for you.  I have once upon a time worked in a familiar field and I going to tell you that being "colorful in your terminology" is not going to get you no where.  

Register with the DNCL that's all find and good but as you are waiting for them 30 days to go by for it to go through take some time to not only read the find print that it works for solicitors but not for market research (the field that I was in) and also take a minute to look over the papers you signed when you opened say your bank account, there is even a little section in there that says they will to give out your number.  I can tell you for a fact that KeyBank and Bank of America do it.  I went back and looked at my papers and sure enough it's in there.

Solution: Don't get "colorful" on the phone it does NO good, people who are in this line of work are not only trying to make a living as do you with your job but as with your job they have guidelines as well.  ANSWER THE PHONE LIKE THE ADULT YOU ARE, HEAR OUT THE REASON THEY ARE CALLING, AND THEN YOU CAN SIMPLY TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED AND PLEASE REMOVE YOU FROM THEIR LIST.  That right there covers their bases as they did their job and you have then escaped what we called the power of the button (getting called back because you did not say the right thing).

They call DAILY, I  let it go to voicemail and they leave a BLANK message. Absolute nonsence, so I went here and left them a bad review.

To think someone is being paid to do this!

This company is a huge scam. I get these phone calls everyday at my salon, never leaves a message. They mailed me a letter stating that I owe them money when I don't even use them as a magazine service. I had to write a letter to tell them to stop harrassing me or they'll be reported to New York State Attorney's Office for Consumer Fraud.
