I received a call from this number today claiming they were AEP. The man on the phone tried to tell me that my automatic bill pay had an error and hadn't gone thru and my account was delinquent and they were going to shut off power to my business if I didn't pay immediately over the phone. I told him he was mistaken that my account was current. He argued with me and I finally told him he was full of sh*t. He then threatened me and I hung up. I called the number back and it went directly to voicemail. I left them a message telling them they won the lotto and I needed their account numbers to make a direct deposit. I figured I would give the creeps a taste of their own BS.

same story....Anthony Williams calling me claiming to be DEA agent telling me I ordered illegal prescription drugs over the internet and could face charges. I didn't give him enough time to ask me for any money but I'm sure thats where it was headed. Total scam....

These people called me a few times. They told me DEA agents were on their way to my home. They was $$$$ Western Unioned to them. Sick sick people. It's a scam. Hang up. I hope law enforcement gets these people.

Thanks I know you are right I called that number back again this evenng and got a voice mail saying Drug Enforcement Agency (should be Administration not Agency). What a scam I feel bad for any one that falls victim but these guys sound real.

The real DEA wants folks who receive these extortion attempts to contact them at the number on the bottom of their webpage that warns of this scam:

Dea agents threat to arrest. Said they would come and get me. Thanked them for the warning.
