I got a call from a guy from 423-256-4046 last tuesday and said he was taking a survey or something. His speech was mumbled so I couldn't understand alot of what he was asking and then he started getting rude and impatient with me. Someone who takes a survey over the phone is polite no matter how much they hate their job. As soon as I was asked which credit card provider I was most happy with I hung up the phone. I called 423-256-4047 and it would do the stuff the people above said it did to them. no answer. Somebody who is probably trying to get identity information.

this number has called me numerous times and I'm tired of my phone ringing and waking my child up.

I just got the same call from the same number. 423-256-4047 and when I anwsered the phone they hung up on me. oh well...

I received a call from this number as well, I did what Donna did with the *67 to block my number.. Same thing as well, all circuits are currently busy..

Very strange, I'm almost curious as to what would have happened if I'd answered it.. :p Oh well water under the bridge now..

That's what it did to me! WTF?!

I did not answer the call from this number. I then blocked my number and called it back and got a recording that says, "all circuits are busy try your call later. I then dialed it without blocking my number and got the same recording. Looked the number up and no entry found on it.
