they just called me and said that I won $250 walmart voucher.  I told her then just send it to me you have my info.  she then said I just need your name and address.  told her if I signed up to win this then she has it.  She got rude and I told her if she is a bi*** then dont call my number ever again

Called my cell number to tell me I had won a 500.00 dollar shopping spree, and wanted my checking account number, I told them I did not have a checking
account, and they told me I was not able to take in the free sopping spree.

This number left a message from "Barbie" stating I won a $1,000 shopping card. The way the VM was left suggested a very casual tone with statements such as "oh yeah, congrats!" and "just ask for me they will put you through." This number is from TN and is a complete scam asking for banking info and other personal information. Avoid at all costs!!!

I won a free $1,000.00 shopping spree they asked me for my name and age. And asked if i used my credit card to pay bills. I never recieved a free shopping spree.

423-272-9081 called me earlier this morning stating that I had won a "$500.00 online shopping spree," because I had such a 'wonderful line of credit' with them.

I had a call for 'David' from the number (423-272-9183) however they hung up when he wasn't available for the wrong number. I'm assuming it's for similar reasons. I won't suggest calling them back, they seem to want information and numbers from your personal accounts.

The "Good News" I have won a $1000.00 shopping Spree !!! The bad news... as I was not available to receive the good news, I should immediately call  back with my banking information to make the funds available or they would go to some other "Lucky" person

I also got a call from this number saying I won $1000 online shopping spree.  Man had a southern accent.  I'm sure it's a scam!

Did anyone sign up for this and give out their bank info, and then contact their bank to cancel the account?  Most contracts have a 24-hour rescission clause.  Just wondered if the company will try to come after you.

I just recieved a call today saying that I have been selected to recieve a $1000 shopping spree. They asked if I had a checking acount and a debit card. I told them no and they mentioned that some banks could open an account and issue a card the same day so I should "Rush on over there and call back when I have the information they need". I laughed so hard, then hung up. Then next one called claiming I had good credit...I don't even have any credit. Accents were cute but they were fools to think I'd fall for it(I guess because I'm only 18).  I hope NO ONE falls for this.!!

1. Never give an unknown company your personal info ESPECIALLY NOT ur bank or credit union account info.
2. If you didn't submit an entry via phone, internet, or mail then you didn't win anything.

I got I phone call from them this morning before I was even up, I was so groggy I ended up giving them some info.  Later I checked out the phone number, saw all this stuff, so I called my bank and sure enough they see a 49 dollar charge already, even though I clarified with the people that it would not be charged yet.

Pretty much ridiculous- they called and left a voicemail saying I'd won a $1000 shopping spree online, but when they said the company name and her name it was mumbled low and quickly so I couldn't catch it! The REALLY fishy part was when I called back (they told me to call 877-875-2099) it ran and went to voicemail, but the voicemail box was full!! Obviously not a good compnay (if they even are a real company)

same thing happened to me. i was the dumb a** who fell for it to. They (either american publishers or mount area or something like that) call and tell you that you won a 1000 dollar and that you only need to pay the 2.49 shippin costs for 60 months worth of 6 free magazines. well the 2.49 turns into 49 a month for 20 months within the blink of an eye. DO NOT DO NOT give them any information becasue as soon as you do the money will be missing from your account. they usually only want your checkin account also so be aware of this wack a** company and dont fall for it like i and many others have

I received a call from them twice today and unfortunately I did give some information, birth date, address, and name. They also know that I get visa/mastercard. What do I do now

they talked about a 1000 dollar online shopping spree as a preselected visa customer and magazines and all of that then right after i got off the phone I checked my checking account online and it said that $49.90 was taken out of my account from them.  DO NOT DO IT. I am calling right now to put a stop on it.

called me too,they said i won an $1000 shopping spree and that i would need to buys some magazines for a really cheap price. when i sounded reluctant to buy any magazines, she quickly lowered the price of the magazines.  this sounded really fishy. i told them i needed more written information before i agreed to anything and said i would have to check up on their company with my parents first before i said i wanted their stuff because i had heard of a lot of scams.  the lady said she was really sorry and acted like i didnt want the offer and said she would need to hang up and if she did that she would lose all my information (even though i didnt give her any) and the offer wouldnt be available to me.   so i said okay and hung up. then i checked on here, and i am so glad that i acted the way i did.
if you fell for it, i dont know, can you sue them? can you sue scams? if so, do it and tell us how it goes!

I have been getting like 3-5 calls a day. Sometimes the same number keep calling, and sometimes a different number calls. They haven't been leaving voice mails..until tonight. Someone from some Publishers place said I won a $500 shopping spree or something. I goggled it and everyone said that it was a scam and that they want you to order magazines and etc. But the people that did fall for it said that these people took all their money from their bank accounts. They screw you over! So it is a scam! Idk how they got my phone number. But I want them to stop calling! FRAUD   SCAM    do not give this caller any info.  This is a common scam.  They are after your account information.   I am a fraud investigator. My son got a call from this number yesterday.

i received numerous calls from this number on my cell. i finally answered it and the lady said that due to my wonderful credit i was to receive a 500 gift card. i laughed at her because my credit sucks due to a bankruptcy,then i said thats defiantly not me my credit is bad and she hung up on me. so if u want the calls to stop tell them your credit is bad or that you dont have any.

i got a few calls from this number and they didnt leave messages and finally when i answered, they started to talk about some promotion about free 500$ online coupon and some magazines. its a phone marketing call so ignore it and also try and give them a peice of your mind about how they got hold of your number!!!

no caller id - call and hang up.  Got a call from a similar # 2 hours earlier 423-921-3687   and also 1 hour before that a call and hang up with no id from 813-464-2350

Received a call from this number yesterday around 2:17 PM.  Did not leave a message.  Received a call today from a similar number (423-272-0412) today at 2:12 PM.  Starting to see a pattern here.
