Just got a call from this number, showed up as Bristol, TN. Stated they were looking for B. Baptiste (part of my married name, which has long since been changed), saying they needed to speak with "her" regarding personal documents i.e., social, birth certificate, etc. Left an 800# (that I didn't write down), asked for a cell phone number to reach "her" on, asked if I was "her" sister, and requested I have "her" return the call as soon as possible.

Just received a phone call from (423)274-3468 out of Bristol Tn. Claiming they were a debt collector that has long since went bankrupt. Heighle Myers has been out of business since 2001. They said that they have the right to collect on a debt. Then I proceeded to tell them that in the state of Tn they can not legally pursue a debt that has not been sought after 7 years of no payment what so ever and no legal action was taken, they gave me the ticket number and I told them that I would turn it over to my lawyer and they hung up on me. I looked up this phone number and found the address that it is attached to. Upon arriving at said address, I found an abandoned warehouse building. I have reported this to the police and the city of Bristol is seeking criminial charges.

It ought to be a drug reabilitate center with that name.

Got a call recently from them using my maiden name (which is 6 years old) about a debt they have tried to collect for years, of which I have never received. I told the lady if she would send me paperwork I would be happy to pay it. She got very aggressive and said they could not and would file a lien on this debt. Seems really fishy to me.

Just had a call from a "Mr. McClane" with no info except that this is listed as a contact number for an account that wasn't mentioned. Wrong, pal. This number is not associated with any of your shenanigans. If it's that important, leave some more info... Looks like scam to me, too.

Got a voicemail from this number. Said his name was mister mclean but didn't say who he was with.   Also never said my name. Seemed very shady. Also its been over a week and they haven't called back.   At the end of the call her said he was calling to collect a debt but I had a new phone number that isn't affiliated with any of my bills.  Seems like a scam. Idk

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!! They are a scam! They are debt collectors trying to collect (probably out of stat) debt. As soon as you make one hint that u might pay (or do actually pay) they can and will re-instate the debt. They are affiliated with Asset Acceptance - that is their contigency partner. They use multiple different numbers and change their numbers often so keep track. Do your research and if you have been harrassed - TRY TO SUE THEM!!! ALL OF THEIR CALLS ARE RECORDED - INCOMING/OUTGOING CALLS. They need to be put out of business for good.

Someone calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions in Bristol TN harassed and harassed me over someone who I DO NOT KNOW who evidently owes them money.  This should be a crime and they should be imprisoned.  If they are stupid enough to give out credit, then they should deal with their own stupidity by going to the police ... NOT by harassing innocent people.  This is WRONG!

Well this number have been calling me for a while now and been leaving me message saying that its important. If its important then, why just leave a message tell what is important about the message they left in my phone.

This is a bill collector called about a chasebank credit card from 2005. Isn't even my card!
