I also got a call from this number. I didn't answer but a woman left a message saying that I had been selected for a $1000 shopping spree and to call her back before 5pm. I attempted to call her back around 7pm and the call wait straight to a voicemail with an overfilled mailbox.

Got a call today and left a vm...  Said, "good news and bad news, good news is that you have won a $1000 ONLINE shopping spree from Mountain Aire (? sp), bad news is that you have to call back by 5 PM."   Total scam!!!

just got a call as well-went all the way until she asked for a cc#.  said she couldn't charge the card without the three digit code on the back-this is a lie...never give cc#s over the phone unless you can verify company and that you have shopped with them.  these scams are what make my job more difficult.

I got a call from them saying i had won a $500 online shopping spree. They got all my info and now i am left with $69.00 that has been taken out of my account for some magazines i told them to cancel. now im afraid theyll keep all that info and keep taking money out of my account.

Said they were with a publishing company and that I won a shopping spree and all kinds of crap. They knew my name and I don't know how. I told them I didn't want any of it. They hung up. Don't know how they got my number. They better not have any of my credit info! I will raise hell.

Received a call from this #(423) 317-9089 today and I never answer any # that isnt already in my contact list. A man left a vm stating that he was from Mountain Area and had some good news and bad news. Good news was that I had won an online shopping spree, bad news he didn't get to talk to me. Left this ph#866-875-2034 for me call back with a claim#. I definitely will not be calling back after reading what I've read here today. SCAM!!!!!!!

i received a call for them also they said they were going to give me a 1000 shopping spree threw visa and master card and also i will receive free magazines for a whole year they just need my name and exeraiton on master card  or visa and i have to pay shipping and handling so i would say its a scam they also left a message letting me know i won but something didn't seam right and told the lady to call back when my husband gets home and she said its a one time deal and they cant give me their number but their number came up on my caller id and once i told her i cant do anything until my husband got  home she got mad and hung up and this was saposably the  manager
