8/2/13 call from this number. Only shows as "TN, USA". No message.

calls 3 - 4 times a day on my cell phone. does not leave a message.

Got a call to my cellphone from this number, I rejected the call to see if they were going to leave a message.  I checked my cellphone a few minutes later and no voicemail.  Finally, I called back and the number was not in service.  Weird.

DOES NOT LEAVE MESSAGES BUT CALLS OVER N OVER AND WHEN I CALL BACK THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE..

I don't want this number calling me.

Just got this call from my cell phone now at 6:50 PM in California, caller ID showed that number from TN. I didn't answer that call and they didn't leave message. I never answer a strange number!

Just received a call from this number. Didn't pick up because we don't know anyone from Tennessee.  Our phone numbers are listed on the "Do not call" registry. Lot of good that does.

called cellphone (illegal) 5 times in one morning. ignored it. know nobody in TN.

This number calls my cell phone, but when I pick up there is no one there.  From my investigaiton, I believe it is a robo-call perhaps about refinancing on my home loan.

Call my cell and left no message.  I don't answer any call I don't recognize.

I received a call from 423-376-7041 on the morning of 8/5/13 and did not leave a message. After some research, it appears to be some form of advertisement.

Have called my cell several times. No message left.

I get these on my cell and my home phone. I either reject them or don't answer. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer. If it's someone who needs to contact you, they'll leave a message. The FTC is trying to shut these robo-scammers down, so keep reporting them. Maybe if they get millions of reports, they will get Congress to enact legislation that will control who can use robo-calling systems. I think they should be banned altogether.

I keep receiving calls, with an automated message, from this number.  They say "Nothing is wrong with your credit card but we need you to call us because you are eligible to reduce the interest rate on your card"....blah blah blah.

I have gotten several call from this number, since I do not know or recognize that number I do not answer it, and they are not leaving a message.  I read on this website that it is a scam call.

Got a call from this number which is automated to tell me credit card services to re evaluate my credit for a lower interest rate press 1.  I pressed one and asked what company where they calling on behalf of?  They said Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  What company is singular first of all.  So right there I knew if you could not identify me or any credit card I may or may not have told me everything I needed to know.  Reporting this number to the FTC.

This number is no longer in service was the message I got. They left no message and I called them back within 5 minutes.  This should be the stuff NSA should be monitoring, where is Snowden when I need him?

Got a call on my cell from 423-376-7041, caller ID said it was from Tennessee. Don't know anyone in that area and didn't pick up. I can't believe anyone actually answers these annoying calls.

Have gotten several calls but they leave no message

The drug-addicted "card services" scammers don't leave a message because they can't cheat an answering machine. These junkies call us pretending to be associated with our credit card companies in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others before they are cheated!

Did not answer and won't answer any calls with numbers I do not recognize.  These calls are a pain.
