This number keeps calling, when I answer, they hang up on me.

Call from 4234676999 when answered there was only silence so I called back and it was citi bank calling in reference to the home depot account but as the nice woman checked my account it showed a "0" balance and she could not tell me why I was called... What a nuisance!

I must get 50 calls a day from this number and all hang ups.  Does anyone know how to report them?

This number has called time and time again. When I answered this morning I explained that this was an apartment community and that we did not have a HD account.  The guy on the other line was so rude, I told him he had a wrong # and that he was being rude and he had the gall to tell me to stop talking and take a message for the person in charge of our HD account. SERIOUSLY! I see that they called again while I was out of the office today and of course no message was left. It comes up as Associates Comm for the caller ID.

They are harassing. They call every 2 hours daily all day.  Want to block their number.

Constatly calling the business line but there is never anyone on the line.

They call every day 10-15 times, and do NOT leave messages and wont tell me what its about.

I am a shift worker.  I don't owe Home Depot anything.  I don't even have a Citi card of any kind.  But, I'm going to go to Home Depot and pull a bunch of stuff off their shelves and leave it in the middle of the aisle.  Their employees will have to put it all back.  It's time that Home Depot be inconvenienced like they inconvenience me by disturbing my much needed sleep.  I'm going to do this each and every time I get a call from them.  I'm going to take off all of the gas caps on their lawn mowers and put them in the first trash can I find.  I'm going to "accidentally" drop a case of light bulbs.  It's nonsense what they do to me.  But, I can fight fire with fire, baby.  Go to the bank with that one..................

I was getting 5 calls a day for 2 weeks at a different number. Nobody was ever there never any message. they called every two hours. I don't know if this works in all states but if you dial *60 at least in Northern California it will block that number. Since i've done that I've started getting calls every two hours from this 467 number. I checked my Home Depot account which I pay more than the minimum and it's just fine.

Whoops, the number was actually 423-477-6983, but same exact thing.

Yep, same number calling me ALL the time. Just called Home Depot Citibank customer service 1-866-875-5488 (they had to transfer me to the Home Depot department) and they removed my number. It must have been a typo or an old number that was given. Now lets hope it works.

been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone. i got the cell so the military and my fire department can contact me. those are the only 2 i gave the restricted number to. how is it that citicard has ended up with it? very annoying to constantly be receiving calls from them on a restricted number.

I get call from this company all of the time, even though I've spoke with them and made payment arrangments.

This is Citibank' Bill Collection Department.  When they call or when you contact them back they indicate they are The Billing Department for Home Depot and do you have an account with Home Depot....you say 'NO' then they ask if you have accounts with other Vendors that Citibank contract with etc...Botton line is they are collection arm of Citibank trying to collect debt you owe.

They buy your # from Home Depot  pay your card off and don't buy anything from home Depot.

Was just called out of the blue. Didn't answer. Reading the responses here, some are saying from Citi or Home Depot from Collections. I don't have an account with Citi, so it's either sales, or they have the wrong number.

This is Citibank which carries the Home Depot Credit Card accounts.
Currently they are offering a lower monthly payment and lower interest rates.
It's part of banks getting some kind of payment rather than nothing.
I lowered my APR% down to 2% from 29.99%. Unreal I know.
It is for a 12 mo period.
The paper work is coming in regards to this arrangement to lower our account balance. Will see what the fine print says.

They have been calling me once a week for about 8 months looking for the former owner of my cell number. No matter how many times I tell them that I do not know the person they are looking for, and that this is no longer their number, they persist in calling. I've asked to be removed from their automated call list, but clearly that hasn't happened. I just got another call this morning!

This is Citi calling on behalf of HomeDepot.  I do have an account with them which they offered me a very generous arrangement for repayment, so if it means that they are going to call anyway even though they have an automatic debit taking place monthly, I am going to have a heyday with them!

Home Depot makes sense.

This is the first time I've seen the number, it just called a minute ago and hung up. It's not even 9:30 yet on Saturday morning! I'm sick of all of these people who call at wierd times and never leave a message.
