I received several calls from them but never answered. I just called them back at 423-468-5477 and was prompted to press "1" to be placed on their do not call list. Hopefully I won't receive any more calls from them.

This is a new one for me. I always call back just to see if it is legit. If it isn't I can block them anyways. Call back this number and a prompter asks you to press "1" to be placed on their DNC (Do Not Call) list.
