I saw number on phone caller ID and hung up...never heard of company before. You can go to the FCC (federal communication commission) website and fill out a complaint form. They will investigate unsolicited phone calls...www.fcc.gov. Good luck.

This call came into my cell phone with any caller ID info and they did not leave a message. I did not pick up, but recognize the number because I received a call from that number in the past; which I also didn't pick up.

I've been called by this number at least 6 times and they never leave a message! I'm so sick of them calling!

It doesn't if a dr office hired them to do surveys for them, they are considered a covered entity under hippa.

I tried calling 423-490-4776 from a land line and it tells me the phone number is disconnected but yet I get a call from this number daily on my phone. So annoying.

Interesting. What provision of HIPAA does this violate, if you know offhand. HIPAA carries some nasty penalties.
John 2014-03-31 19:49:08 Unknown
...which would still make them telemarketers.

You're right, but I bet everyone who has received a call has signed something saying this is OK. Be more careful what you sign.

Yes I got a call from them . So I looked them up online then went to godaddy to see who owns the site . Call this number 615 301 3100 and talk to a real person and tell them to stop calling you .

I have been called by this number for the last three days in a row. Today I answered it and told them not to call my number again. Lets see if this happens.

I too received a call from this number. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message. I would really like to know how they got my phone number. If it was a doctor or hospital that gave out my information and I ever find out I will file a complaint against them for divulging confidential information

You must stop continuously calling my cell, you need to stop leaving empty voicemail msgs. You are harassing me w/ your calls. If I get another call I'm filing a formal complaint with the WA State Attorney General's office. Legitimate businesses do not committ the crime of telephone harassment. Consult with your legal counsel about WA state law. You may contact me by email if you have anything to say:

They call me several time in last 2 days. The 1st time I answered, the person did not speak clear English, was rude and refused to state why they were or why they have my number. They INSISTED I answer their questions but refused to answer mine. I looked up online where the # is from & se3nt an email asking them to stop contacting me. And that the person calling is rude and does not speak clear English.

I receive cell phone calls from this number ((423) 490-7446) about one or two times a month. Since the number comes up on my phone's Caller ID and I don't recognize it, I don't answer and let it go to voice mail. After the call, I check my voice mail and find there is no message left. I guess they *really* don't want to talk to me bad enough to leave a message!

Apparently it's Banner Health to do a survey. Thanks to 800notes.com I now know that! I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize on my cell phone. I gave that number to the health care provider to be used to contact me directly, not for further distribution, even if it is to their agent.

your repeated calls and hang ups do not reflect a good opinion of the medical services received and are continuing to lower my opinion of the doctor and agency you are calling about. I hope they realize that I will not continue to use their services as a direct result of your continuing to call my unlisted unpublished number for your stupid survey.

Got a call from them this morning, I don't answer unknown phone numbers. They didn't leave a voicemail. I live in WA and don't know anyone in tenessee so I'll just shrug it off as yet another telemarketer. "Do not call registry" is a total joke, isn't it?
Jules 2014-02-08 15:30:09 Unknown
Just received a call from this number - I did not pick up. I'm wondering if it's in response to a call I made yesterday to a healthcare provider, questioning an outrageously high medical bill. If that healthcare provider has released my phone number to a third party, there's going to be h*** to pay.
John Doe 2014-02-06 01:10:07 Unknown
called repeatedly, no message.
