Received a missed call on cell phone with the number above and not aquainted with this phone number and will not respond

This number has been calling me for like 3 days now and never leaves a message or anything!

I got this call from this number 423-586-1140.  Left a message saying I was selected for a $1000 shopping certificate.  YEAH Right.  I won't answer the phone again.

I KEEP GETTING A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE AND I DON'T TAKE CALLS FROM NUMBERS I DON'T KNOW

its a scam, tried to get my credit card information and tried to get me to order some stuff by saying I had won a 500 dollar gift certificate and that it "came with 60 magazine subscriptions" that i had to pay for. said thye were from some publishing company in TN. DONT ANSWER FROM THIS #

I got a call from this number at least 6 times in the last two days, I don't answer numbers I don't know. I want them to stop calling NOW!

I've gotten three calls from this number today-- when I finally answered, the  caller hung up immediately.

Received calls from this company at least 12 times in the past 3 days. They have called from an unlisted number. They have also called from 423-586-1140, 410-325-0701 and 423-318-7683. Each time I say that I am not interested in what they have to offer they hang up on me.

Got numerous calls early to mid March,the first guy said because I had good credit I won a $1000 online shopping spree, and a subscription for 6 magazines. I said I had to go, I was late for an appointment (I was) and he said, I sense you're uncomfortable, what can I do to make you feel better. I found this very strange. I hung up. Later that day I got another call from a similar number, I mentioned that someone called earlier and said there was no record of it. He said the same thing $1000 online shopping and 6 magazines but transfered me to his supervisor who told me I would have to pay $3.85 weekly for the magazines and proceded to ask for my credit card number, I asked what company and for a number where I could call her back, she did give me a 423 number with Mountain Area Communication and said I'd have to call back within 15 minutes, it was the end of the day for them. I didn't call back, but she did. I didn't answer. They tried a few more times on different days, but I never did answer.

NEVER give your credit card number to anyone that calls you, no matter who they say they are.

First call they left a message saying I had won 1000 online shopping spree, left a number to call back and a claim code. I did not return the call and I have had 4 more calls in the same day since the message was left.

I just received a call from this number.  The female caller left a messge that I had won a gift card and had to call back to get the card.  She didn't leave a name (either hers or her company's).

I was at home with my 2 kids when this number call my cell and it had a female calling some one a mother f***er and saying look look, I sure hope these people quit soon , cause I got better things to do then listen to someone with a potty mouth

Get a call from this number three or four times a day.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  Its getting old.

This place calls me day and night all day long and i cannot stand it! I called the number back and some woman answered with "Did you receive a call?" I hung up because I then realized it was some sort of scam artist trying to sell me s*** I don't need. When I am up from the wee hours of the mornings with kids and finally get them to bed at night I do not want my cell ringing two or three times AFTER 9 pm from some moronic company! Stop calling me!

I received a call but they did not want to leave a message in my answer machine, and to me if you don't leave a message is not important,,,but I do not want to receive their call any more,, plz stop them,,,

I got a call from this number they said i would get all these magazines if I paid like 4 dollars a week plus i would get 1000 dollar shopping spree. said would have there supervisor call back about something, probably cuz he felt he was losing the sale, and have his female partner call to try and get me, number just called back but i did not answer

I told them I wasnt interested & they hung up on me. And lately they still keep calling and when I get ready to say something awful to them, they hang up. Get a real job & quit calling me! I didnt even sign up for this crap & i've had the same phone number for the last 10 years!!!

Yes, yes and YES this IS harrassment.  No ONE has ever had my cell phone number except my family.  I do not own ANY credit cards - I'm a cash-only shopper.  Today - I've had 26 friggin calls from all over the U.S.  In the last 10 minutes alone, I have had 6 calls from the 423 area code - it rings every 5 minutes and each time there are 4 different digits after the 423 area code and 586 prefix.  THIS IS HARRASSMENT.  I have googled every single number all day long and every time, I've been routed to complaint sites like this.  I can tell you exactly where my number was "sold" - which may or may not be your situation....my ex came over for his supervised visit with the kids and while I thought he was looking for a job on my laptop, he was actually on my laptop going from one porno web site to another.  The *^%hole apparently gave out my cell phone number as part of his registration for every single site.  This was yesterday and first thing this morning my cell phone, which no one EVER calls, started ringing off the wall all FREAKING DAY LONG.  So you go ahead and justify your job and your company - hope ya rot and your coffin is a phonebooth that never stops ringing.  And as for the ex - I'm going to get a restraining order on him in the morning AFTER I change mine and my children's cell phone numbers.  Get a REAL job, Mountain Area Communications Employee.  Like I need MORE grief in my life - got enough of that with the j***off porno freak ex.

recieved a call from this # by a woman asking for nick twice today,i told her there was no nick here and she hung up.

I hope you knoe that there is a National Call Registry that is on line to report companies that keeping making harrassing calls on people's personal cell phones.  A complaint can be filed and a fine will be issued to your company.  Keep calling my cell phone and I will do what I have to do........

So leaving a message is "harrasement," I did not ask you to call me in the first place, I'd say that is "harrasement!"

Most of the peolple you have called have recieved over 30 different calls, from different companies who have also "purchased" the names and numbers from somewhere.  Not a good way to create a client.  I'd be surprised if any of you have ever sold a magazine to anyone that you have more than likely pissed off at work or after a hard days work or at school.  And I really hope you never recieve the number of calls about stuff you don't want that the people on this list have.

If we wanted it, we would find it ourselves.

I forgot to mention that I only have ONE of those credit cards.  Ridiculous.
