how do u get them not to call?  would appriciate any help

Total f-ing scam!!! Called Feb 6 claiming to be from Publishers Communication Group. I looked up the company and it says: Comprehensive Marketing & Sales Services for Scholarly and Professional Publishers. I was on a bus at the time, hard to hear, but all I heard was "scholarly" so I thought it was for my school financial aid. By the time I realized it was a scam it was too late. They went and charged my Credit Card 69.99 WITHOUT my authorization! My bank will now fight that charge and I have cancelled my card and have to get a new one! I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commision as well as the Better Business Bureau in hopes that some legal action can be taken. Im sure I'm not the only one they've scammed and wont be the last.These scumbags who rip off innocent people deserve to be in jail! Period! Absolutely dont not answer, or if you do hang up before it's too late!
