I am curious if anyone has had any consequences from any of these phone calls I've had non stop telephone calls from ''attorney offices supposedly'' myself stating the same exact thing threatening me calling my work place called my boss and saying that I'm facing serious consequences possibly federal jail time for crimes I've NEVER DID, it's getting quite ridiculous I'm just wondering if anyone has had any consequences to Jacksons or anything of that nature I do know that these are out of country calls

Same thing happen to me they are calling my work my cell telling me warrants will b issued for capital grand theft charges and they won't quit calling what do  you know? Any info grateful I did find out there in Liechtenstein!!!!

Someone called my phone when I answered they hung up on me. I experienced a similar call as to what everyone is stating here from a number7856694794.

I have been receiving harassing calls from this number, they have been incessant to my cell phone and my place of employment - my personal desk phone as well as my human resource department.  When I called back the "person" on the other line used abusive obscenities towards me.
I hung up on him and he continued to call back.  I too applied for a payday loan online.

A Mark Spencer called me yesterday morning, going along with all the other individuals here posting the same manner in which I had better have my attorney answer to some allegations. On the third phone call recognizing their number, answered. I was put on hold to be handed over to their main? attorney - this Mark Spencer? and he wanted my ssn# - last three digits to tell me what allegations were on me. I asked him what am I being sued for, he said he couldn't tell me until i gave him my last 4 ssn# digits. I told him over the phone that he has to express to some degree the initial suit that I am being presented with only for him to tell me that If i didn't comply, that sheriffs would be sent to my home address of which he had on file within two hours of not giving him my ssn. Sorry! No can do~ with him hanging up as though he were going to carry out his threat. As with others who have posted that they initiated an online application for a loan, since doing so has caused me these calls.
Other loan companies as well are pretending to offer money with the idea too, that I have to pay an initial deposit to obtain loan. Example: $199.00 for a $2000.00 dollar loan. Where in America did they start this? and several of these so-called loan companies have called me. With refusing to apply then did I start receiving this call saying that I had a lawsuit pending.  WWwwwwelllll...............

Hey this guy called my place of work... really. He threatened to have me put in jail at my place of employment...

Yeah this guy called me at my work place.... wtf and I applied for loans online...

SOOO.....just got the same call from people in India....If you applied for a payday loan, then that's likely the culprit.  I'm trying to figure out the best manner of handling this.....has anyone reported to the BBB??

I just received a phone call from middle eastern man asking the name of my attorney. Saying I am being sued . I told him to stop harassing me or I will report him

They have called me 8 times just today. Have left 2 messages saying I better call back or have my retained attorney call back. If I don't then all they can do is wish me good luck. It is always a middle eastern guy.

Not only did they call my cell phone, but they called my office line too, which I'm not sure how they got.  But they said it was for a legal matter and law suit.

I received a called from a John Davis from this number telling to call back along  with my lawyer. He also stated that this message is time sensitive. I must contact them at this number or there will be a price to pay.

This number called my wife's cell phone, left a name "Bruce Williams" and threatened her that if she didn't call back then there would be a 'price to pay'
I called them back a few minutes later requesting to speak with Bruce Williams and the man on the phone asked my name and I said that wasn't important but I am returning a call for my wife so I then Threatened them like they did on my wife's Voicemail and then he hung up.
