Must be bogus solicitor crap!  Phone number traces to a landline in Johnson City, TN, Washington County provided by United Inter-Mountain Telephone.  Calling back just rings and rings... sure sounds like legitimate business practice, doesn't it!?  A--holes...

Called today, asked for me by name.. woman said she was from wyndham suites hotels.. offered a good deal on 4 nights.. I asked them to e-mail information.  they asked me to secure the room with a credit card. I declined and she quickly ended the call.

Got the same Wyndham Suites call yesterday but didn't answer. They called again tonight saying that I had won a drawing from a hotel I had recently stayed at. They even had accurate dates I had stayed there. I had "won" an offer for 3 days/2 nights "anywhere" for $99. They wanted the $99 right away, I told them I had to think it over and the lady said she'd call back in a few hours. It's been four hours and I haven't heard back. I called the hotel directly and they know of no drawing or $99 offer.

they've called me at least 16 times the last 20 days, never leaving a message

8 times... Asked them to take me off their calling list and they did not do so, I called them back and got upset with them. They said it takes 30 days. So we will see if they stop calling.

Call on 4/23/08 @ 9:30 on my cell phone a woman said she was from Wyndham Suites and they wanted to thank for staying at one of their hotels recently. They had a special offer for me on a 4 night stay for only $149.  I hung up on her because I knew it was b/s.  I have just recently stayed at a DoubleTree but they are not a Wyndham Hotel.

I have gotten 13 calls in 9 days from these people, they have been told to stop calling. They call all hours of the day and night, just got a call after 11PM tonight. They told me they spoke with my husband Thursday night! Don't know how considering this is MY cell phone, and he is away with the military!! But that's okay, because my husband is also a state trooper, and I do believe I'll be raising telephone harassment charges!

God you people are f***ing idiots.  When you just don't answer the phone it puts you BACK into our system to be called again in about an hour. Why not grow some balls and JUST SAY "not intersted"...it's really not as scary as it seems. We're not scamming you, just doing our job.  Your name comes up on the computer because you DID stay at a wyndham hotel (or maybe your husband did and he just didn't tell you).  We don't just randomly find your number in a trash can somewhere.  The only reason they make you pay up front is because they send you a $100 hotel rebate voucher in the mail after they get you set up and they can't do that without making you pay first.  If you people would stop being so paranoid, maybe you would find a logical explination for everything...damn.

Yep, I did the same. And the hotel was much nicer than the one I originally stayed in when they called to offer me the deal. I really didint mind the time I spent on the whole time share thing, and I had a really nice vacation for $109 and they gave me a couple of coupons and free passes too.  Im so glad my husband answered those annoying calls, I sure as heck never would have.  The unfortunate thing is, Im betting they wont call and offer it again because I didnt buy a timeshare, and its about the only way our broke butts can afford a getawat these days.

I have Wyndham rewards... So they called and asked if I wanted to take advantage of 3 days in some place... and I said I'm sorry I'm at work... The lady goes well you picked up the phone so you can talk.  I'm like I picked up the phone because it was an odd number and possibly a family member.  She says to me...well real quick let me fill in your information.  I told her I couldn't talk right now and we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the promotion.  She was like you can't get away.   I told her no.  And she said not even for a weekend... that's ridiculous.  I hung up on her.

Yea, see if I stay in there hotels again.

Also wyndham used to be Fairfield resorts for 60 years...probably older than most of you posting on here.  Check out your histories before coming to such quick conclusions.  Seriously freaked out about a little phone call get over it TAKE A VACATION!!!
