someone called me form this number, but when I called back it was disconnected.

423 is a tennessee area code - don't know anyone there

Got a call from this number, I didn't pick up, no voice mail, looked it up and everyone says that its a Spanish recording, when I called back it said that I had to hang up and try to dial it again and that the phone number wasn't in service, I find that very weird and creepy

very strange.  I just got a ph. call from this number today, on sat, on my cell ph. ( I din't answer, and no message).  I do not give my cell ph. to anybody, only to work and few friends and family.  It is also prepaid, no contract, so I don't know how they would have my name and ph. no

Got a phone from this number Friday night around 8:30 PM. No one answered and disconnected.  I don't give my cell phone to anyone except my family.  This area code in Tennessee and I don't know anyone there.  Anyone knows who is a caller.

comes from BRISTOL tennesse. check out fone finder to tell you where the telephone company is at. i call it and the phone call drops....strange!

I got the same call yestuarday form this number saying ive won something in spanish... and today i got the same recording but another number  
319 265 9998 and said the same thing as mentioned before if you call back a "so-called" recording says "the number you have reached is not in service message 1230 " its stupid is also a recording not the typical operater that would say that i got the call on my cell. I just want to find out how they get ones number ...

This number is located in Bristol Tennessee. The service provider is  United Telephone company  www.united.net You guys can go ahead and email their company and complain about this spam.

I just got this call half an hour ago but since I didn't have my phone with me, I saw the number and thought it was strange...so I looked it up and found this site....amazing what you can find on google lol
