This guy with a rough middle Eastern accent keeps calling and leaving me messages at my work and on my personal cell.  He says he is from the Federal Department of Investigation and it is EXTREMELY important I return the call.  First clue, doesn't he mean the Federal Bureau of Investigation?  Second clue, wouldn't a "Federal" business have the number listed?  Third, wouldn't the "Feds" hire someone who can speak and be understood?

I am calling the number to light this guy up, but nobody answers.

They claims they are collecting money loaned to me by USAA.net. A payday advance company. They never gave me a loan and then they charged my account 156.00 for a service I didnt sign up for. I stopped the charge thru my bank but now this company calls my home and job with theats about a law suit which are clear FDCPA violations. They are going by the name Federal Department of Investigation. It's not a legitimate business in California and the guy can hardly be understood with his heavy accent. Obviously an illegal alien. The phone number comes up as unpublished out of Lomita CA. I asked for there address and was given a non-existent street name.

i'd just like to say that he may not be an illegal alien, or even in this country for all you know...
most services like this tend to re-route thru "american" numbers even though they are being run out of foreign countries, usually india where they concentrate on learning english, not well, but they do speak it

I have recieved calls from this number  and from another number (713-343-7242)  The 424 number claims to be from Federal Department of Investagation and the 713 number claims to be from Federal Crime Enforcement.  Sounds like the same caller.  The 424 # says his name is Nick White and the 713 # says his name is Andrew PArker.  I have contacted the FTC about the 713 # and Im going to let them know about this other # as well.  I am also going to contact the FBI on this matter.  Check out the number 713-343-7242 on this web site as well and see what people say.  DO NOT SENT ANY MONEY TO THSES PEOPLE!!!!!

He calls himself Nicholas Gibson, he claimed money was loaned to me by USA network as a payday advance.I never recieved the loan, my bank has no record of the transaction and neither do I.  You can hardly understand what he is saying.  He went as far as calling my sister telling her I was under federal investigation for fraud, but when my husband asked what it was about he wouldn't tell him. He couldn't give me any information that I asked for pertaining to supposably lawsuit.  I think its a scam to get money.

He calls himself Officer Alex Scott. He says that a lawsuit is going to be filed in my name and in about twenty one days I will be arrested and put in jail.
