criminals are now added to PRO call blocker version 2.0...the best $59 you will ever spend.
1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and by a good blocker.

I started getting these calls a few months back after I told a woman [who I thought was in India -- was it her accent? I don't remember] that I never gave my credit card number over the phone.
Today traced 4242353952 and the map showed it to be in Malibu, right on the coast. That didn't make sense. It's a pricey location. I had told today's caller to stop calling me and she hung up or disappeared [that is, I didn't HEAR the clunk of a hang-up].
When I searched the same number with the number 1 in front of it, at the head of the listings was a site for numbers in India.
Possibly this site came up because the access apparently can be "91" and just the 1 was enuf to get the India listing to pop up.
But this makes sense -- more sense than the Malibu location. Indian callers I gather are vastly cheaper than American workers. Ah, well.

I am so SICK of these fradulent scammers robo dialing thousands of annoyed consumers. Why doesn't the California Attorney General do something about this instead of just sitting around in Sacramento pretending to be a Big Shot. I wish these useless politicians would rethink why they were elected.

I got a call from this number today. It was a Robocall and they thought I was a senior (I'm not -- but sad they are taking advantage of older people). I pressed 1 to "hear more" and a woman named Amanda got on the line. I asked where she was located. It appeared she was ready to hang up but then I guess figured maybe I was really asking for info, so she pretended, "you broke up for a bit -- what did you say?" I then asked again where they were located and she said "Los Angeles". I told her I was tired of these calls interfering with my work as I am busy -- and I am on the DO NOT CALL list. Soon I heard that familiar echo when someone hangs up on you. These people need to be fined and put out of business. I'm trying to find out the real name of the business. I don't think it's "Home Security Solutions" because some other posters have been given a different name.

These are thieves just trying to get your credit card info. No alarm system just thieves. No legit business uses spoofed numbers.

Caller, recorded voice, says don't hang up re crime in your area, and goes into sales pitch and hung up. Called and received the "if you don't want these calls, press # and 3. The people should be locked up in a room with nothing but phones ringing selling them unwanted ....

Is a home security scam.
Don't they know I can get a local company from the phonebook, or my computer. They should not be calling us at home, when we didn't tell them we wanted security service.

Now they call early afternoon Used to be mornings. No message left but same phone number. My call block got full. It only keeps 30 numbers. Now you can see why it's full again. I have to reenter again. I hate having to monitor my home phone like this. THE Dnc LIST DOES NOT WORK AY MORE, if it ever did! KOMO news had a bit about these callers a few nights ago. However, no solution was mentioned to avoid the calls. They knew about" lowing your credit card rate."

Typical "Home Security" scam call.
Kept the lady on the line as long as possible. Said she was located in in Orlando. yada, yada, yada.
Have blocked their future calls.
Since getting call-blocking phones in our office and at home, we rarely receive telemarketer calls. Occasionally, I have time to "talk" with these callers and keep them on the line as long as possible.
Their future calls are now blocked - buy a call blocking phone. Panasonic and Uniden make wonderful call-blocking phones and they are very inexpensive.
