Keep getting some guy who calls himself Mes Brown or Robert Forster. Same guy who has threaten me telling me he no how to handle people like me. This guy is sick. I am reporting the calls from this number to the FBI.

The same guy calls me and tells me that i have a lawsuit against me and that if i don't make a payment that i will be arrested. I have not received any papers on it or about it.

a guy calling telling me he is an investigator for pay day loans and i don't have one.

same guy Mes Brown has called many times he doesn't stop he calls my job about 15 times a day No good business person would do this. I asked that he send me paperwork got nothing, I asked who is the cash advance people his reply was they go under many names. I Agree this guy is big time fraud.

This guy claims we owe him money he says his name is mike but the voice mail says hugh foster and also a female to be michelle morris they claim to be in the dept of law and investigation(dont exist) i called back and asked for the address to send the money to but he said f*** your mother motherf***er and i said f*** your mother b**** so we could not get his address to report him and now he ignores all of our calls so please do not acknowlegde these calls except to report him his number is 424-244-7005

On 11-1-11 so far have received 3 calls on the house phone (9:27am, 12:47pm, and 1:15pm) from 2 different phone numbers (424-244-7005 (3 times) and 727-246-0230) and 2 calls on the cell phone (11:19am amd 2:05pm).  Caller had thick Indian accent and stated an aquaintance had taken out a payday loan and used me as a guarantee signer.  Told him I did not sign anything and not responsible and I do not have any information on the aquaintances whereabouts.  When asked to speak to supervisor the same person came back on the line and stated name was Mike Wilson and he was with the Department of Law and Investigation and was with the Federal Government.

Well I have reported this person to the FBI I have an actual ID number and everything because I am glad we can all come on here and  share about these dumb people. But the more we report him the more they are more ept to do something about it.Keep it up so if you need this report him go to the FBI  and then call him back and let him know he has been reported.

They keep calling me can not understand wierd accent

They called for my dad saying that he owed money and they need to contact him and I was left as a reference. The person I talked to had and Indian ascent and said his name was Mike Wilson! Yea right. I called them back and told not call again because I checked the number and found this forum and told him that they were phony and he stated " you got the wrong number dude.". I knew then they are a joke. They called his company the "Dept of Law and Investigation" and the number was 424-244-7005. Caller ID shows CMTN GRDN. CA. These people are a joke and just hang up on them.!!!

Heavy accented man called threatening me that I owe USA Cash Advance money and if I didn't pay I will suffer badly. His name is Mes Brown from Law and Investigation located in CA.  I told them to send me the papers.  The provided some loan agreement that looked like they copied USA Cash Advance heading and put it on plan paper.  I went on USA Cash Advance website and they are located in KY and only do business face-to-tace with in state customers only.  RIP OFF!  Then I go another call three days later from a heavy accented man indicating that I owed USA Cash Advance from MA.  I asked both parties, how can two different peopele from two different states collected for a debt from a business located in another state that indicates on thier website that they don't do business with folks outside of KY?  Both claimed that the others are fraud.  I also spoke with a women named Kelly from the location in CA and she also said the other man was fraud and to work with them in CA only. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAU!!!!!

A Mr. Green( with his accent , his name was not Green) called my EMPLOYER saying it was a legal matter. When I called and confronted him, I couldn't really understand him but finally he said no one from there would call me again. H e never identified the company he supposedly was working for either.

Same payday loan scam, very rude, barely speak english and threaten me on my voicemail. They hang up if you call them back, they don't give out any legitimate information.

BIG SCAM going on here.  They called first to tell me I was in default on a loan.  Then they called to say they want to settle the loan, but cannot give me the name of the company I have a loan with.  They wanted me to buy a prepaid card and pay off my loan with that card over the phone.  I called the company I have a payday loan with and they know nothing about it.  They called a third time and I told them that I know they are scamming and I will be reporting to the FBI.

eric green n he said i have a lawsuit going on me n i pay my stuff n nvr got in trouble with the law so i told him if i had a lawsuit on me i would of been notified so i block his number cuz he would call every hour n i wasnt answering so today he called my work he beyond pissef me off he told me he has doc n i said stop calling me or ill get government involed n he keept interruppting me that pisses me off so i told him if i had a lawsuit i would of been served my the cops or someone n that nvr happed n he told me if im not in court in la by frwell good luck to whatever happens is that supposed to scare me im in iowa haha

I got a call from this number from a Mike Wilson saying I was in trouble, needed my attorney to call back asap.  He said my family, friends, would all know what I have done?   I haven't done anything and pay everything on time.  He also said 'god bless you whatever happends:   My friend called back and we got an answering machine.   Rather scary and I'm reporting him.

i could barely understand him thru his thick foreign accent. but what i could make out of it was that there is a legal affidavit against my name and if i didn't call him in a few hours that i would be in huge trouble. and that he was in the department of law investigation. this sounds like bs to me. if any of you foreign scam artist are reading this if we don't call you back it's for 1 of 3 reasons:
1. we can't understand what the hell you are saying, so practice your english.
2. we know you are full of crap and aren't buying into your crap.
3. we just don't care.
so give it up and get a real job like the rest us and EARN your money.

I got a call from some a** calling himself Eric Green.  He asked me did I have an attorney and I told him Yes, on retainer so he changed the subject.  This fraud told me I stiffed an online Payday loan company and they had escalated this claim to them.  First, an Online Payday loan?  Not my cup of tea.  Second, the first time I spoke with him he said I took this loan out in April Or May.  Sort of odd that you don't have a specific date.  The second I spoke with this ignoramus he said I took the loan out eight or nine months ago.  I asked him what law firm he worked for and he hung up.

So he continues to threaten me with court so I say, Cool what day?  He says the day after tomorrow.  Smh.  Who do they really think would believe them?  Another number to look out for is 9095030684.  This fraud called today claiming to be following up on the call from the 424 number.

Called my business looking for a former employee.  Had the gall to ask for her social security number!  I hung up.

Had two messages today from this number and each one more disturbing than the other.  First I get a mysterious message to have my attorney call this person "Mike" back and if me or my attorney don't return the phone call then he wished me "good luck with whatever they do to you".  The next message, just a few hours later, says there are criminal charges related to my social security number and that it is imperative I return the call.  When I did, twice, an answering machine picks up with a generic "we're not home to take your call" message from the same man with a think accent.  I don't know what the deal is but I've only been to CA 3 times in my life and the last time was 4 years ago and for 3 days.  This really scared me but seems it's pretty much a scam and I'm at least thankful for that.

Got the same call today. Called them back about fifteen times when they hung up on me. I did a reverse look-up on the # and it is listed in Compton ca. Go figure.

Same payday loan story. Though i've never had a loan of anykind.
