Got a call from this number. The caller left no message.

I keep getting calls from this number and they keep telling me that i owe them money from a payday loan that i received, which i never did.  I dont know who these people are. i already paid them...i dont know what to do.

They also use the names John McCain, davie jones... We filled harassment charges with our local department, but they need to be forwarded to the city/county of which the call is. Which is the Beverly hills / LA area. They would not give any more info than US law enforement dept. And he was a fraud investigator to the police officer.

What did you do about it? did you ignore the situation or what?

He said the same thing to me.  he said his name is Steve Thomas...who the heck is that and he wont provide me with any of my documentation through my fax or email.  he is scaring me because he is telling me that i can go to court and all these things...i dont know what to do.  Can you please tell me what you did.

Received a call from 1-424-354-4271. Guy who barely spoke English left a message saying that he was from the US department of Law Enforcement and that I needed to call him back and do not disregard message. He said: "if I do not hear from you or attorney, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds upon you."   I am sorry to me that sounds like some sort of threat. Who knows what kind of info he is scamming out of the elderly that he is calling and scaring.

I have gotten the same call. He was demanding that fax him my debit card information to prevent go to court over a pay day loan that I did not receive.  He also claimed that he was working for the US department of law enforcement.

the caller left me a message saying that he hopes I have a good lawyer and that he needed to call him ASAP.  I have no idea what he is talking about and he could bearly speak english.  te worse thing is that he called me at work and left an ugly message.
