I got a call from this number.

i keep getting the same calls some guy saying he is my lawyer or he is the sherrif or the owner that its about some legal matters that i will be in serial problems and that i will be sue for $10000 dollars that was once deposited to my account when i asked him to send me the information they claimed to have they said they would get a manager to call me if they really wanted to sue someone they WOULD NOT WAIT  MONTHS AND MONTHS to get the process ready i know for a fact when someone is sueing you YOU get someone directly to your house or an mail in an envelope stating what is going on and with them they just go round the bush and never telll you shyt just dnt answer any calls or any number which you dnt know if its so important the person will leave you a voicemail  but they are full of crap  the call me from variaty fone numbers 000 000 0000 98762 646 843 6258273 540 9862  i live in MD and now they have manage to call me from and area around here

They are calling my job and I don't know where they or who they are from.

I am getting harrassing phones calls at my job but I have no idea who these people are or what they are stating. I owe them no money at all. Please stop them from calling my job. I will get in trouble for these frequent calls. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been getting harassing phone calls from them on and off for the past two weeks, claiming that I am being sued, that I will lose my job, etc.  Please be advised this is 110% a scam.  If you were actually getting sued you would be served in person.  They usually bait you with a SS# that is not yours, in hopes that you will give them your real SS#.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.  The best thing to do is not pick up but if you do make sure you let them know you are aware it's a scam and that if they call again you will take legal action against them.  If you are stupid enough to send them money though there's pretty much nothing that the cops can do.

I have been getting phone calls from Alex Davenport from this number threatening to have the FBI come to my home. Also Stated they were going to get me fired from my job because i am a fraud. I have done nothing wrong. they want me to pay over 700 dollars.

this is a bunch of criminals. They are stupid. just don't answer.

I just got a call from this number saying this was an American Law Firm and I talked to in Indian man anmed Alex.  He said I was being sued by a Cash Advance USA cause they apparently deposited money into my account in February of 2009.  First off, I know I didn't apply for anything like that and I sure didn't get any money.  But what scared me was they had ALL my info.  They even called me at my job and said they were sending a termination letter and all kinds of crap.  I have no idea what they are talking about  but they said I had to get myself a lawyer??  WTF???  I called my bank to verify and i had no deposits of any kind during that time frame.  I asked if they had all my contact info, why didn't i get a phone call or a letter??  they said i was send 5 emails and i didn't respond.  Uh....if it was that important, how come they sent an email??  I don't know who they are but i don't like them calling me at my job harassing me!!!

I just started receiving threatning calls from this company.  They sound like another company that called claiming to be police officers from seattle, wa...I called the seattle fraud department and they stated that they are not a legit company and they use scare tactics so you will send them money.  I will investigate this company also and file a complaint, They start calling at 8am and make several threatening calls in a day.

This company claims to be attempting a debt that I did not make. They harassed me and my daughter, a total of 7 threatening calls in just one day. When I asked them to send me verification of the debt they said they could not do so. They also threatened to take me to jail and my daughter too! They really messed with her( she ust turned 18)... anyway, I faxed them a letter asking they fax back information on said debt, all this did was anger them and my daughter, not me, got yet another threatening phone call! These people have my ss#!! They also left the name Alex Davenhart but when asked for he was not available. Every person we talked to had heavy middle eastern accents. Also the fax number is a NY number and their phone number is in Beverly Hill, Ca. I dont know, its scary but I have not done anything wrong. They wanted me to send an apology letter stating I was sorry and that they could take almost $700 from my bank account!
