I got 4 consecutive calls from this number and they finally left a garbled message. When I called back they asked for my social so they could "look my account up" Sounded very suspicious so I just said no and hung up.

I picked up the phone and spoke to a "Mrs. Allen" (I'm guessing it's not her real name). This is a telemarketing company doing debt collections, using a local number to try to get more responses.
