this phone number calls me all hrs of the day I ignore the calls about 20xa day when I call it back its just music if they continue I will block their number and call their phone company  they leave no messages

I called them back.  They call about 2 minutes before the hour so the do not call registry has an issue or they can not link. I think these people are scum bags. I finally talked to some arrogant person and told him not to call my number. He wanted social security information. Sounds like a scam. Too, I don't owe any outstanding bills. I think they try to link people with your same name to collect.  Never give SS# that call you that information, This call comes from California who is going bankrupt.

Receivables Performance Management has been calling non-stop since April 23, 2014.  Just like previous complaints, they call at all hours and never leave a message.  I called their number to ask why the harassment.  A female answered the phone and said, "You are being recorded, please verify your phone number."  I told her she needed to give ME information about herself, who she works for, etc., before I was going to share any personal information.  Of course she got upset and I hung up on her.  My research of the number 424-646-3921 shows the number is located near West Manchester Blvd and South Fir Ave in Inglewood, CA

424-646-3921 belongs to a company named Receivables Performance Management  a/k/a RPM. They are a collection agency located in Washington State.  This is the information that I got when I called the number back. looking at the many comments below, it seems that they may very well be violating the TCPA (Telephone Consumers Protection Act) by calling your home or cell with an automated dialing system.  If they are, you can make them pay you for your hassle (somewhere between $500 and $1500+ per call).  Keep a record (notes) of when they call and what they say if you want to try to make them pay you.  Look it up.

Will not stop calling my number

Calls at 7 PM on a Sunday, leaves no msg.

THIS NUMBER CALLS MY PHONE 3xS A DAY AND NEVER LEAVES ANY MESSAGE. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS LEAVE A MESSAGE AND MAYBE I WOULD ANSWER THE NEXT CALL.!!!!

This number has called me 20 times in the past week, all hours of the day, weekends don't matter. When I try calling back once I got a recording about some survey company, the rest of the time it just rings and rings. So annoying.

Caller I.D. identifies this number as ?Receivables Performance.? This is a collection agency known as RPM Receivables Performance Management.

I have blocked this number and they won't stop. It seems like the one time I answered it made it worse. Now they call 5-6 times in a two or three hour block. When I pick up they won't say anything. I dont' know who these folks are, but this is ridiculous and harrassment!

This number calls me all the time and wen I answer they hang up and today someone else spoke back and I said PLEASE STOP CALLIN ME then they said ok will take 24 hours for your number to clear :)

After waiting for an available rep, he asked for me by name and when I said I wasn't available he left a message for me to call a different number back and that the company was called RPM. When I asked what RPM stood for he said he'd rather wait to talk to me. He did NOT want to say any more and I hung up.

Do not have a clue who this is. Will not leave a message, they just hang up.

Yes they always call me alot to and at all hours and on the weekend. The one time I answered they put me on hold to. Smd nothing pisses me off more than being called and put on hold. So I have them blocked.

Ok, just did a little more research. I searched the number on Google maps and got a result for anyone who had problems. After the search, a place called bbyo came up near Inglewood. It looks like some sort of Jewish community. They have a website at bbyo.org in case you want to find out how to contact them. Unfortunately calling this number does not work. Good luck!

This caller is really annoying me.I do live in California, but they still call during obscure hours, at around 9 PM today. They also call during work. Its only been happening for the past week or so. And when I answer, there's no sound on the other end.

When answering this phone number, I hear "please hold for an available representative" then line disconnects. My caller I.D. says it's a California number, which is not the same time zone as I am in, so this number/entity has called well after 9.  

This phone number has been calling numerous times of the day. I do not answer because I do not recognize the number. No one leaves a message. This is harrassment .
