Belinda, By you calling me a scam you are making yourself liable for slander suit. You never bounced any checks to my office; your check was returned for NON SUFFICENT FUNDS, meaning you wrote us a bad check. I called of your file and not only did you lie about the check issue but you also lied about the finally of your loan modification. According to Wells Fargo, your income documents show you do not make enough money to qualify for a loan modification, therefore they are foreclosing on your house. I feel sorry for you Belinda, not only did you end up losing your house but your poor husband is still in the hospital after his head attack.

received phone call from this number yesterday asking me to call a Michelle regarding our mortgage loan, I contacted our mortgage company first and they stated they know nothing of this person or phone number and to ignore it.  They would contact us directly from their company not a third party.

Belinda, I was almost ripped off by the office of B Deigo Helliwell. I did my homework and stopped payment on the 1,200.00 check. Best 35.00 I every spent. I just called my mortage co Wells Fargo and they modified my  loan from 1900.00 to 1200.00.  The process took about 3 wks and alot of paperwork,
but I did it all myself.

Got a phone message from American Forensic Loan Auditors; and Aaron who sounded board and talking with food in his mouth.  I called him back because the loan companies we were dealing with were in the same area code.  He acted like he was a telemarketer and said he was calling me about my loan modification.  YIKES!  Not professional nor is their a legitimate website.  424-672-8900. Also, this number has been used for other financial companies with a loan scam.

I got a call from someone named Aaron.. He said he was from American Forensic Loan Auditors stating he had a pertinet legal matter to discuss re: my mortgage. I know this is a scam because my name is not on our mortgage, only my husbands is. Has anyone actually taklked to these people. I would like to get my mortgage modified but have been ripped off in the past. Any suggesetions?

I got a phone call at 9:50 at night not very happy about it, I don't answer my phone unless I know the number, this number is unknown to me.

I keep getting messages from 'Ashley' and it is so important she's leaving a message with 'her assistant and staff'. I'm not calling back. They scan records and just 'cold call' trying to make it seem something 'urgent'. Maybe I should call back then blast an air horn into the phone?

got a call from wynton swift said he was working with my mortgage company to help me out. I called my company and they had absolutely no knowledge of american forensic loan auditors.? wierd

I keep getting calls from American Foresnic Monitors stating there is a pertinent legal matter they need to discuss with me.  I didn't answer the phone so they did leave a message.  The first few messages didn't identify who they were leaving the message for.  Tonight the message did ask for me...am so glad I found this site...as I was a little perplexed about the "legal matter".  Thinking I hadn't gotten any notification my mortgage was in trouble from the mortgage company.....reading this site just clarified the number and company they say they are are fake.

Yep Mike you are right I was one of those dumb people out looking for someone to help me.  I was not one who was stupid to put my family in this position.  I live in a small town where jobs vanished and companies moved on.  I am hoping I found the right company two months ago but these people just started calling me also.  But you are right I was stupid but I needed help like alot of other people.  I guess I am not smart enought to just sit behind a computer screen and belittle people make them feel more like a loser then I do.  I want you to know I have looked from flipping hamburgers to everything to help not lose my house.  But it's bad enought the whole town knows you are about to lose your home but to have a fricken person behind a computer screen to remind you you are a fool and make you feel like you did this on purpose.  You are a very mean lonely person or you wouldnt belittle people.  Sorry you dont have a life.  I am not going to let your remarks degrade me like you try to do.  Because I know what happen wasnt my fault and I sold everything that was important to me to get this far.  So unless you really know what is going on in peoples lifes maybe you should ask questions instead of belittle people.  Yes it was wrong to get on here and put my information but there are some good people out there to help.  You are a really mean person.

I tried to call "Clay" back at American Forensic loan audit regarding "an important leagal regarding my mortgage" and all it does is ring and ring...clearly a scam.  I am glad I found this site to know it is not legit.

i also recieve a phonecall this tell number and he was kind of mad of me because he was lookin the person and i ask him first who he he is, he said look i have no time for this game? and i was just asking him who i am speacking with? so scary...

well james again you have figured out a way to screw up your life and make your self miserable. the loan modification company didnt tell you the mortgage company told them to call you, you just werent smart enough to listen to the message. What im willing to bet is the loan mod company stated they have a pertinent legal matter to discuss with you and you arent smart to understand that.

I received the phone call and they said my lender of my mortgage company sent me to them. Or they got my information online.In which that is not true,So I called my mortgage company about it and they said that's a third party and they don't know nothing about them. So I told them to get my negotiator to talk to me ASAP!!! Do to the fact of false information and I need to know what the hell is going on!!! I don't have time to have my family on the streets. So I told them to get on the ball and start doing there job and get in touch with the customers you trying to help. Don't answer your phone when you see that number.

THank you for the info.  We got a call from a Dale from some American Mortgage Forensics or something of that sort. He talked so fast I had trouble understanding him. I though it was weird too that's why I started researching the phone number he left to call back. I relived to see so many posts with the same info.

I got a call from these people and yes they said that we are a law firm. Anyone know why all of these calls seem to come from California.

I also got a call from some guy named Jonathon regarding a legal matter about my mortgage. He sope so fast that I had to listen to the voice mail about 4 times

some idiot named kenneth called me from this number. how anyone that talks as 'mush mouthed' as this person, doesnt need a job using the phone!! and certsinly better not call my cell again!!

I also received a call from "Pablo" tonight on my cell phone.  So much for do not call lists...  Thanks for the heads up on this idiot because I certainly won't be calling him back.

Received a call from person named Pablo Rodriguez at ext 215 from the attorneys office of B Diego Hallowell. He stated I need to call them back regarding a pertinent vehicle matter.
I called the number several times received a recording of a females voice after her greeting it was repeated in spanish, afterwards the phone went to a fast busy signal and then disconnected.

SAME NAME HERE.

SAID IT WAS A LEGAL MATTER. I LIVE IN GA. NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS ABOUT.

I received a call from a Pablo Rodriguez stating he is a lawyer and that I need to contact him immediately regarding a pertinent legal matter. When I called him back he said he works for a loan modification company and for people who need help with their mortgages. I asked him to take me off his list and that I am all set with his services. I hate that these people prey on those that are vulnerable. ALWAYS look up the company and people that you are talking to so that you can protect yourself.
