Someone keeps calling me from this number. have a feeling it is from a payday loan company that I filed bankruptcy on. Have no idea what company they are calling from wont give me any info unless i give them my personal identifying info like my social security number. im sure its just someone trying to scare me. they have repeatedly called my cell phone and now my work number. has anyone else recieved calls from this numer. when they call the number comes up as 000-000-000 they left this number as a call back. last time when i told them i was recording the call they hung up. so has to be some illegal business going on here. guy has a very heavy accent.

I just received a phone call from them too. On Friday they called from 213-286-0298. This is a fraud. I too filed bankrupcty on a payday loan company back in 2004. They have been calling my work number for the past four months using all different numbers. Do not talk to them. I called the police when I received the first call and the police department told me you can't go to jail for a pay day loan but these people can for their constant harrassement. Don't waste your time taking the call. If you do take it, tell them the FBI and police are involved now and for them to watch out.

This number (0000) just called my cell number asking to speak to my husband John. Repeatedly told me that he was from the "state attorney's office". I asked him which state and he never would say. Just kept telling me to give my husband his message to call 424-781-1205 as he only had two more days before some kind of suit was filed against him. Not taking it serious as I know we don't have any legal issues. We too have used pay day loan companies in the past but have paid them off though.

So I have a question for everyone, and please be honest.  Did anyone here attempt to do that Cash Advance service advertised called Money Mutual (talk show host Montel appears in their commercials)?  Money Mutual is not a lender themselves, they basically collect all your personal informtion and forward it off to multiple short term loan sites.  I'll admit, I did this thinking I would get a better rate than doing a paycheck advance locally, but I was wrong.  Anyways, let me know if you did this as well, then maybe we can form a trail of who's been selling/divulging our information...then I smell class action :)

I have tried also but never went through the whole ordeal of it. Yes stupid giving our info out but have never received any monies from them and they are trying to harass me with the same phone calls.Would like to be part of this trial against them

extremely violent call recieved on my cell

Received a message from a coworker that a man with a heavy accent claiming to be from "First State Legal" called my office looking for me and left this number as a call back: 424-781-1205. When I attempted to call it back I received an "all circuits busy" message 3 times in a row and gave up.

Got the same thing.  I never borrowed money from anyone.  So why are they bothering me.

Yeah, same deal....must be a payday loan company....not sure which one.  The guy speaks terrible english.  I have contacted all my creditors with my attorney's #, and i just ignore this guy.  cheers
