Got a call from Leslie from "small business alliance" She said pretty much the same as the one above me, that she wanted to talk to us about some Visa/MasterCard overcharges. I asked her to take us off her list, she said we aren't on a list and got upset that I refused to transfer her.

Craig called from 425-201-5371;  claimed to be from EMPS when I asked what that stood for, he sounded very irritated that I asked.  He said Electronic Monitoring Process Systems. Refused to leave his number for the manager. Says, "I left my number last week!" Claimed it was about a statement with overcharges. He was very rude toward me when I advised him that I cannot just interrupt the manager and transfer his call.  I offered to provide the manager's email to better reach him. Initially he refused the email (odd..) and said he would, "just call back next week". I suggested again it may be the best way to reach him. He then begrudgingly took the email. We ended the call.

Craig of SVGA called to sell some kind billing software for website owners. I asked to be put on "do not call list". He proceeded to argue and acted offended that I would even ask. I told him it's a waste of time and hung up. Craig called back to argue some more, refused to put me on DNC list, then hung up on me.
