this company is  scam -

This company is a SCAM - after I told them I was not the person they continue to call and harass me.  Cannot sue them to stop because they are not legitimate company.  Do not take their calls.  It is a scam.

This is the number my husband has been using to speak to them.  The original call was from 1563 to me on my cell phone.

Update to that last post.  Take 2, LLC is a TOTAL scam.  
My husband called Wells Fargo bank and they have nothing as far as any past debts are concerned except a write off of $45 about 6 years ago, he is going in to give them their money today.  LOL.
David Scott, Tim, Alan.....all those 425-212- etc....numbers are all a scam.  
I have the great pleasure to call them and tell them to go to H.E. double toothpicks.  
Thank you to all of you who have posted about this company on this site....you saved us $950.00 that we didn't have in the first place.  When David Scott called me he stated that the charges were up to over $1900 but that they would take the original debt of $946 and change and that they were suing on April 11 if not paid.  Luckily my husband found this site JUST before paying them the money.  AWESOME!!!!  THANK YOU.

Received a call regarding a debt for my husband.  They stated that they had contacted him several times.  They had his email address/phone number etc....
My husband is not aware of this debt and is calling Wells Fargo now to figure it out due to this 800 look up posts.
The number is as above and the guys name is David Scott - Senior Representative.  Yet my husband is speaking with Tim and the email he is getting is coming from Alan.  This is disconcerting knowing all the information they have on my husband, let alone my cell phone number.

Got numerous phone calls from a guy that said I owed over $7000 to Citbank Visa (which I never opened an account w them) and said if I paid a $450 one time fee my debt would be cleared. The calls started in October 2013 and continue now. There are numerous phone numbers he calls from all starting with 425-212-????. Nothing has ever been shown ony credit report about this. I find it very suspicious and they won't be getting a nickle.

They some how got my debit card info and ran my card. Im in the process of filing a complaint against the company

NLS (New Leaf Solutions) is also going by an outfit named "Take 2 Holdings LLC", and is a telemarketer trying to pose as a debt collector.  They use several different phone numbers, and also use illegal tactics.  Send them a cease and desist letter, and include a request of validation asking for the following:
- What the money you say I owe is for
- Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe
- Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe
- Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable
- Identify the original creditor
- Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account  
- Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state
- Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent
Be sure to send your letter certified!  
These people also use several different phone numbers including:  425-212-1562, 425-212-1568 (all on 800notes)
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

Please do not fall for their scare tactics.  If they are true professionals they would not try to badger, argue, call names, or threaten legal action against you.  This is illegal, and a report must be made with the FTC, your local agencies (Attorney General), etc.
